Café Caracol Suc. La madera

As a coffee lover, I'm always on the lookout for delicious coffee, and I found what I was looking for in this little coffee shop! When in Zihua, Café Caracol is definitely on my todo list.

Coffee is very good. We went one day and liked it so much we went the next, but the gal at the counter was by herself and very busy. The day before there were two people working the counter. I waited about 10 minutes and a woman walked in front of me and asked to pay her bill, then a vendor came and walked in front of me and asked her to pay for some thermoses. At this point I was there for almost 15 minutes and still didn’t have my order taken, so I just left and went to another coffee shop. I guess they didn’t want my money. A shame because Cafe Caracol’s coffee was better and a little less expensive. I don’t blame the girl at the counter, maybe they need another employee to help her like they had the day before. Their coffee is very good and that’s why this place is too busy for just one person.

Great coffee and friendly. Visited from Canada and walked to this shop every morning for my morning brew.i needed comfort for the treck back up that pesky hill :)

Great coffee. I come here for the frappe, nice and cold on a hot day.

Delicious coffee and great atmosphere. Prices are reasonable. Be prepared to wait a few minutes, but it's worthwhile.
