Simply the best matcha in Montpellier, cold or hot! 🍵 👌🏼 This place is tiny and lovely (with a very cute dog behind the counter), and the owners are so nice!

I’ve been coming to this coffee shop for over a year and a half now, nearly every day and can nearly call it a second home. I’ve never been disappointed ever and they make the best matcha I’ve ever tried (worldwide speaking)

I’m a big fan of coffee and this coffee shop is legit. Uses la cabra beans and coffee tastes amazing. Very nice selections of single origin. Impressed how this small city have this kind of quality cafe

Very tasty Iced Latte (difficult to find in France!), options for plant based milk and you can choose the beans, the cheapest Iced Latte is 4,5€. Quite small but in a nice little street.

Great coffee, one of the best cappuccinos I have tried in France so far. The prices are a bit on the higher side but it’s worth it

Beautiful coffee and pastry! Both were delicious and oat milk was offered free of charge. Also on a very picturesque street. The lady that served us was lovely and spoke good English too. Left me happy for the rest of the day - would highly recommend a stop here!

Truly the platonic ideal of a specialty coffee shop. Multiple beans from several fantastic roasters (A lot of great Scandinavian influence— La Cabra, Dak, and most exciting, Tim Wendeboe are featured on the menu) that are available in every form you’d want. Espresso, filtre, milk, and so on.
The owner takes time with each order making sure the coffees are dialed in and the results show that. Each drink, and I had multiple a day during my week vacation in Montpellier, were well extracted and excellent.
While it is on the higher end of price in a city like Montpelier, it certainly isn’t in comparison to a larger city (Paris, I’m looking at you…) and frankly I found to be an absolute bargain for the quality.
Cafe Cours will be the only coffee for me going forward anytime I am in town! 🙏
