We had a late lunch before an afternoon appointment. Convenient location in the pedestrian downtown area, one block away from the historic Les Halles (G. Eiffel). While the restaurant was busy we were seated almost immediately. Chose a table outside, easily accessible by wheelchair (only one step). Friendly staff attended to us quickly and took our orders. Typical French cuisine and comfort food. Very reasonable prices. Only a few minutes later our dishes were served. We had a Croque Monsieur, Beef Tartare, and a Carpaccio. All served with a side of green salad and French fries.

Delicious and very reasonably priced. They were kind to us even though we dont speak french well. It looked like a local favorite. I regret not having enough time to try the dessert because we were in a hurry. Even though they seemed very busy, they didn't turn us away. Instead, they kindly asked us to wait at the bar with drink and later showed us to table. I found them friendly.

Perfect cafe run by friendly staff. Cheese plate was incredibly generous, local, delicious, and very high value. Drinks and coffees prepared correctly, quickly, and with what you expect from a well-run French cafe. Compliments, bravo!

This little cafe in Dijon is a food lover’s delight! Very friendly service and delicious food options. We visited three days in a row! Definitely on my list for next holiday.

This was one of the few places that were open a bit later than the typical lunch time. The food was descent. By the time we arrived they had run out of all the lunch offerings like steaks and we had to choose from a small set of options. The steak tartare was tasty but it tasted like salad and I could not taste any meat there because the meat was minced too finely and there was too much mayo inside. The carpaccio was accompanied by hard cheese and sundried tomatoes and the meat was also barely distinguishable. The meat was sliced very well in thin pieces though. The dishes came with sides (fries and salad) and those were good. There was a staff member who spoke French and the staff was friendly overall

My husband and I were in Dijon for a short break, a city known for lovely restaurants. But what a disappointment with this one! We went to Café de l' Industrie for lunch around 13.30 and ordered the lunch menu, charcuteríe as a starter , steak with french fries and creme brulé. My husband ordered steak tartar , which was served with french fries , the tartar didn't seem too fresh, the tartar had strings of fat and " nerv", impossible to chew and swallow. My steak was maxim of 50g, terrible cut, dry, chewy, too well done , when i had asked to have medium doneband freezing cold. It seemed that was the plate with a leftover from someone. The fries were burnt, dry and old . I asked the waiter that the mini steak was too well done and cold, he quickly apologised and took it back. The steak was changed for a less terrible one but still not good. The fries were the same old hard sticks. I went to toilet, there was no toilet paper and the floor was greasy and slippery. There were 3 people working there , not counting the chef, us and another table , who were drinking coffee. They seemed that were just waiting to finish their turns and go . The lunch costed 41€ and we left so frustrated, the 41€ worst spent in a ling while. I i should have sent it back and left the restaurant and gone to one of so many places available around town. I've got a photo from the 2nd plate, shame i didn't take one of the initial one .

Lovely experience for a morning coffee and croissant, which for two people was €5!! Sitting outside with all locals really gave you a genuine experience of Dijon before exploring the markets.

Yelp
Busy spot at lunch. The service was good, I had a plate of the day - fish in mustard with wild rice and vegetables. The fish was tender, rice cooked just right. Cabbage a bit over done. This restaurant is on the main pedestrian Street, so it stays busy.
