Great selection of craft beers in cans. Around £5 each but worth it. Nice outdoor area. Some nice seating areas inside. From what I recall there isn’t any place to eat here but they do allow outside food. Maybe that’s changed but last I remember.

The food was absolutely amazing and the service was top notch 👌 We highly recommend that you give this place a shot if you are just in town for a few days and don't have enough time to hit all the spots! 5/5

Amazing time at ‘de zaak’ great choices on beers and limoncello all by Roemer. A server with a real hart for hospitality. Thank you for the great time and all the quality drinks.

Special offer: Bring your own food —that's how we got here in the first place. We ordered some delicious food next door at Papi's Comfort Kitchen and were welcome to have cool beers and as my company said "the best lemonade he ever drank" while enjoying our snacks. The staff is friendly with a professional overview over the spacious terrace with every table having guests who were being served their orders with a smile in no time. Enjoy it yourselves.

As a tourist is was SUCH a cool stop. Plus, they have bar cats. Yes, a resident kitty with loads of sass. Only stopped for a pint but such a cool atmosphere, highly recommended if you're in the area in Utrecht.

Café de Zaak is probably the most relaxed bar in the center of Utrecht. Very nice terrace where you can bring your own lunch, like a sandwich from Bigoli around the corner. Large choice of beers, good coffee and even alternative (oat/soja-) milk for your vegan cappuccino. Nice place with nice people :-)

Great service and location. You can bring your own food, they'll make sure you have something to drink. Nice outside seating, no cars passing by. Friendly staff too!

Lekker weer? They have a terrace - great location. Cold day? Cozy inside. Daytime? Nighttime? Usually pretty busy both times. Hungry? No food -- but you can bring your own (go to Dimitri Petit!) Generally a great all-around bar and good place to meet people. Location is good. Service is always great and tap beer selection isn't bad.
