This was our third visit to Café des Artistes - this time to celebrate my birthday - and it reminded me why this is one of our favorite restaurants in Cabo. The menu is an elegant blend of Mexican and French cuisine, and once again, it did not disappoint.
I started with a very smooth Patrón martini. For appetizers, we ordered the tuna tartare and the morels, and for our mains, we had the red snapper and the totoaba. We skipped dessert, but since it was my birthday, they surprised me with a stunning presentation of coffee macarons (see photo).
As always, every dish looked like a piece of art, and the live saxophone in the background added the perfect touch to the evening.
Will we be back? Absolutely. Thank you for another wonderful night, Café des Artistes.
