We came here on Sunday evening. Although we made reservations, it wasn’t necessary as it wasn’t busy at all. The menu is unique. There seemed to be a good variety to pick from. I ordered the bison ragu. It was good, but not great. It was not what I expected. It was served with pasta noodles and parmesan cheese, but tasted more like a chili. It seemed off to me. My daughter had the pumpkin ravioli, and said it was alright. I had a bite of it: she was correct, it was alright, nothing special. My husband had the shrimp appetizer, which was probably the best thing we ordered. The serving sizes were huge, way too much for our likening. We were curious about the desserts and asked the server to bring us the viewing plate. It was a variety of small cakes. They looked good, but we opted for ice cream. It took an extremely long time for the ice cream to come to the table. The chi tea ice cream was delicious. My husband and daughter got the salted caramel chocolate. That was good, but I enjoyed mine more. Although the meal was okay, I felt the prices are inflated. With not too many choices in town, this will have to do for “fine dining”. It was terrible by any means, but it really doesn’t live up to the prices.

Excellent food, excellent service, lacking ambience. We went on Wednesday with reservations which weren’t necessary. Although, it was getting busy when we left at 6:30. 5 stars for the food, both presentation and taste, 5 stars for service, 1 star for lackluster dining room, patio and entrance. Cheap diner tables and chairs, unattractive light fixtures and the front entrance, which was not obvious to find, had very dirty glass. Here is a real gem in the rough...with a little attention and flair a lot could be gained. We tried the rattlesnake cakes, interesting and tasty, hellfire shrimp served with bananas and jalapeño slices and ribs, all delicious! The ribs were a full rack, which we shared, and they were rolled up, very unique and very tender. Prices were reasonable. The servers were all exceptional!

Good was unique and SO good! Presentation was amazing- I never take pics of food, but I did here! It was expensive, though. Portions we're big- we split between two of us and had extra! The view was breathtaking- eat outside if you can!

Had the most wonderful meal at Café Diablo. Started with (free) blue corn chips and delicious, fresh bean salsa. Shared the empanadas (YOU MUST ORDER THESE!), and the watermelon salad (pickled slivers of red onion really make it) and the chicken tortilla soup (bit too salty but still good). All finished off with the key lime cheesecake. Food was incredible as was the service - thank you Brittani!

Really cute restaurant just on the edge of town. They have a great menu with some really interesting items. I had rattle snake cakes to start and then elk filet for main which was delicious. They have some really great wines and overall the place is really reasonably priced. The staff were friendly, welcoming and service was quick. Definitely worth a visit if in town.

Rattlesnake was good. It's pretty hidden within the crab cake like thing it is. Ribs were not our favorite - very sweet and weird flavor. Kids quesadilla was a nice option to have for them.

Unexpected gem in Torrey Utah. We tried the Rattlesnake Cakes, Hellfire Shrimp, Elk Sirloin, Bison Ragu, Butternut Squash Risotto, Guava Tart, and Triple Chocolate Cake. Delicious! And the wine list was impressive as well.

The service is impeccable, the food fresh, delicious, and creative. My spouse and I started with the pinto bean and peach salsa with blue corn chips, and shared the firecracker asparagus, strawberry gazpacho, and lamb tempranillo, finishing with "drunk monkey" ice cream. If you're traveling near Torrey at dinner time, you must stop for some of the best food in southern Utah.
