The staff was super friendly, all girls. :)
I even think they intentionally braid their hair in the same way, which really adds a touch of community.
We ordered two specialty coffees and the drinks were just textbook.
If you go by, surely visit.

Was looking for good smorrebrod, and this google search didn't disappoint. Had their smorrebrod with pork and red cabbages, beer and also tried their Itish Coffee.
Both smorrebrod and irish coffee were awesome.

I had looked specifically for a place serving smørrebrød after our visit to Kronborg Castle, and I had chosen Café Dix for the combination of value for money indicated by previous reviews. I was not disappointed.
The place is quiet and cosy, and the staff is nice. The food is very good and decently priced.
It was very cute when we asked our waitress, clearly a student with her summer job at the restaurant, a question about the ham to be served and she replied she didn't know because she was vegetarian...

Wow, wow, wow! This is an absolute must do when visiting Helsingør. The staff are incredible, the food was amazing and oh so tasty and delicious. If you want a traditional Smorrebrod come here!!!! Great value for money and simple but great drinks list. Always add a schnapps to your meal when eating a Smorrebrod 😉 just saying !

Locals come here and I highly recommend their Smorrebrod (Open face sandwiches)
We tried their Shrimp & egg, Fish fillet & shrimp and Ham & shrimp Smorrebrods ($109 dkk) and they were all delicious
Highly recommend and will be back again
