I had a really great experience at Railway Cafe in Hanoi and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
Located right along the famous train street, the atmosphere here is truly special. Sitting just a few steps away from the railway tracks feels exciting but still safe, as the staff carefully guide customers when the train is about to pass. Watching the train slowly move through the narrow street, so close to the buildings and tables, is something you won’t easily forget. It’s a unique Hanoi experience that you can’t find in many other places.
The drinks were not that good and not really authentic. I ordered a Vietnamese coffee name "Bac xiu" and it was bland and not authentic. The menu also has a variety of options, from traditional egg coffee to juices and other beverages, and all are "western tourist price". However, we pay for the view and it is fine for me for the unique experience when the train passed by when I had a drink.
To sum up, this is a wonderful place and must try activity if u in Hanoi.
