Great breakfast and excellent coffee!! We all had something different from the menu and everything was great!! Oh some gluten free options, a gluten free bagels which was excellent. Very quaint place!

This is a lovely place and we came here every year for many years. But today was my last visit. J’adore le pain perdu, it’s not a complicated recipe, all you need is old bread. It’s delicious and cheap. But if you’re also serving that plate with seven slices of mini potatoes and some canned peaches, there’s a problem. They got greedy. I’m sure they will be there for many years to come, but it will be a tourist trap. Not the colourful little café it once was. It was a magical little place and now it’s a little more than some greedy persons play thing.

Great roadside setting. The outdoor seating by the trees and perennials was perfect. Food was good too. Knowing some Quebec French helps. A great location with good food.

Overlooking the St. Lawrence River on Rte 132, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast or brunch. A bagel (with smoked salmon, trout, sturgeon, or eel) is served with a fruit cup & sautéed potatoes. Have a café au lait or an allongé on a shady patio (or indoors). Have been visiting for more than 20 years. Evening meals have been added.
