Had been here for quick bite after reading few reviews. We ordered a dessert and a salad. Trust me it was so good that we regretted not going there earlier for some good food. Place is really nice and cute! Service was really good and quick. Enjoyed every bite of what we had there. Thank you so much. I highly recommend this place.

On balance good experience. Ordered the pastis which was fulfilling. Staff was reasonable and location was beautiful My only recommendations: 1 more ans more diverse food options 2 cheaper prices for alcohol, specifically mixed drinks. I wanted to buy a mojito, but 16 francs was too much

Possibly the best restaurant, excluding the Michelin star in the area, to be found “dans le Carouge”. The menu is very dynamic, meaning chances are you’ll find a very diverse set of options each time you go (ok, possibly not within the same week 😇). There is nothing I’ve tried that has let me down, from drinks to mains, ending up with desserts never to be missed. The location is hard to match, especially during summer if you get an outdoors table. The good weather and the people passing by around you are a free of charge extra for all people watchers out there. However: mind kids playing with balls. Now we come to the price: it’s Geneva, that tells the whole story :) As far as the service is concerned, I’ve had mixed experiences, let’s say 30% rude/cold, 70% good/friendly. Oh, a reservation is not always necessary but highly advised. Enjoy 😉

Just wandered in from our trip to Carouge. Staff were so helpful, we don’t speak French . Food was so good , dessert was excellent too ! Tres Bonne ! Merci Beaucoup

Beautiful shop! I’m a huge fan of the interior design. It is an amazing spot to look over the market. I was a little sad though that they didn’t had desserts.

Honestly it's been too long that I forgot the taste, but I wasn't impressed except for the price. fairly speaking it was my first eat out in Geneva which can be shocking, but yeah the price and the taste combo didn't leave me a satisfying feeling, the location is primal though.

Underwhelming french style bistro. The menu choices are rather small (which is good in this case as it's freshly made) and interesting. My starter was a crab & scallop ravioli which tasted of warm ocean with coconut milk. The main course was a stake which had apparently "aged on the bone" but nothing of this could be tasted as it had way too many tendons and one part of it was undercooked. The dessert was a "café gourmand" which was good except for what they called to be a panna cotta. Unfortunately it was extremely hot during our stay there although it was about 10°C outside. The chairs are also very uncomfortable and you feel overall very cramped, especially being taller. The staff on the other hand were very friendly! As this is a rather expensive place, I would recommend to try elsewhere as you might get a better meal in more comfort at the same price.

Great find. Tasty food, awesome service. No English menu, but it seems like their menu is very dynamic, so that's OK. Highly recommended

Yelp
Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon with two friends for lunch. We had a lovely meal; two of us had the chicken, which was delicious; another had a goat's cheese platter, which she enjoyed. The ginger/passion fruit cheesecake was incredible. Overall the environment is cozy and friendly, with people stopping in for quick meals as well as people coming to spend a few hours reading the paper, eating, and drinking coffee. This is certainly one of the better of the few places open in Carouge on Sundays.

Yelp
Have eaten here since my first visit way back when. Its usually place where we stop for a drink and appetizer or some soup....we never seem to think about it in time to get a table reservation and the place is always packed so there is a hint. The menu changes for the season and the appetizers we have had are fabulous.

Yelp
We stumbled upon this gem on a Monday night when many other Carouge restaurants were closed. The atmosphere is cozy and warm while the service is very friendly. We ordered a bottle of red wine which was very nice and priced at 48 CHF. The entree portions were quite large and in fact two of us girls could have shared especially the meat entrees. I would recommend the chicken entree as it looked delicious! Overall it was 55 CHF for wine and entrees, more expensive than normal but also quite good.
