Absolutely fantastic food, so good we ate two nights in a row. Charming setting, rustic and quaint. Fantastic service with our limited french, but staff very helpful and food divine.

The starter was possibly the best dish we had in two weeks of vacation in France, remarkable considering the moderate prices here. We were blessed with great weather, making the terrasse in front of a small church a pleasant location, despite passing local traffic. Service was quick and super friendly. We ended up being happy that the long list of recommended restaurants were all fully booked one day in advance, and we would come back to try more of the changing menu.

We took a quick day trip to Rennes, and we hadn't thought to make any reservations for lunch. Well, we got lucky here! The gentleman working found us a spot at the bar, and we proceeded to have an amazing lunch. My beef roast melted in my mouth. Everything was fresh and thoughtfully presented, from the entree all the way to the cafe. It is tiny inside, so make a reservation to make sure you don't miss out! If you need the restroom, it is down a tight flight of stairs, so keep that in mind. Will definitely return the next time I can get to Rennes!

Délicieux ! One of the best fish courses I have ever had - very flavorful, perfectly seasoned and cooked. Very good wine. The servers were friendly and energetic. Dining on the terrace located on a quiet street on a warm spring evening was delightful.

Looks like a bar but main dishes were surprisingly delicious and well prepared. Outside table is nice in summer evening.
