The best wine and cheese in all of Guatemala. The best experience you could ever imagine, with Chef Dietrich explaining all of the different types of cheeses and intimate wine and dine areas for you to enjoy with your friends or that special someone. A must see when you visit the majestic lake Atitlan.

We absolutely loved this hidden gem. A lot of good cheese and wine, beautiful views and a cosy garden to enjoy it all. Recommended!

A slice of italy tucked away in a small, lakeside Guatemalan city. The cheese board and charcuterie are out of this world, all sourced locally and peppered with nuts, fresh fruits, and honey. Reservations are absolutely required!! Please do not show up without one - they are easy enough to make via the restaurants website. They are responsive and will get back to you within 24 hours.

A place you have to visit if you appreciate good cheese, hams and wine.

Amazing restaurant! Fairly easy walk from the docks to the restaurant with a commercial market along the way for shopping. The chef and staff are amazing. They made sure our group was well taken care of. The wine, cheese, and cured meat were delicious. The best cheese you will find in Guatemala, possibly in Central America! The view from the garden is gorgeous as well.

This cafe is amazing! Outdoor seating sorrounded by antiques. Meat and cheese platters were incredible. Service is above and beyond. Their sangria was amazing too. Great value for handcrafted, one of a kind meals.

Yes yes yes. Wonderful oasis with delicious food (messaged them on Facebook to reserve- they were super responsive) and amazing service. The owner is so professional and also incredibly wonderful to his staff. He is clearly bringing next level service to San Juan and training his team to do the same. Really enjoyable all around I’ll never skip again if at the lake.

Made reservations here for Valentine's Day lunch (about 1 month in advance). Everything was perfect, and we will absolutely make a point to go again when we're at Lake Atitlan next. Arrive hungry! The portions are large. We had the cheese platter for 2, but next time we'll probably just get the cheese platter for 1 and share it so that we can try something else as well.
