CAFE ESPECIAL Bonn

Very dissapointing, not worth my money! Cheap tasted! I ordered this Tacos and it tasted like nothing!

Went at lunch time. Lovely lovely service. I got a beef taco. It was a singular taco as described in the menu. Could have done with some salsa! Had a massive portion of beans and rice on either side of the taco which I didn't expect. Didn't want them either.

A lovely restaurant in a beautifully located street! The staff is kind, the lady that served is super happy and super friendly. The hot chocolate was yummy, not the best of Bonn but pretty close! The interior is really festive and gives Mexico vibes, it’s a Mexican restaurant, so it should feel like a Mexican restaurant. Also very homely, a little too much space tho, it’s quite sizeable the place! Coming back soon for some food, but from what I have experienced, definitely recommend!

Food was (with some minor exceptions) great, but service was slow and music was so loud that it hurt. After asking the volume was reduced, but was still too loud to have a conversation between 4-5 people.

Great tasting authentic Mexican food. The size of the dishes are generous, the taste extraordinary and the staff very friendly. If you wish to enjoy Mexican cuisine together with its authentic atmosphere in Bonn downtown, this is the place to go!

Main food was ok, but nothing special. Nacho appetizers were just rubbish. Portions were large. Service was polite but extremely slow however, with a wait of of over an hour for our food and easily 15-20 minutes for drinks.

We ate taquitos and flautas. The portion size is good. We would have liked it a little spicier, but of course, that is personal preference. Nice to sit outside next to the fountain.

Food is not authentic at all (I'm Mexican), some dishes might get closer to Tex-Mex (best case). Chicken was dry in different dishes we ordered like mole and enchiladas. It took a lot of time to get our food although the place was empty. Staff was very friendly and nice and location / space are very good
