Café-Flor / Bar 21

I discovered this café after seeing it on Instagram and was drawn by the atmosphere — and in that sense, it definitely delivers. The place is cute, cozy, and beautifully decorated with flowers, giving it a soft, floral vibe that’s very pleasant. That said, the coffee itself felt a bit overpriced for the quality. It seemed like you’re paying more for the ambiance than for what’s in the cup. I also had to wait at the counter for several minutes without anyone there, which was a bit confusing and almost made me leave. On the positive side, it’s a great spot to work or meet friends, as there’s plenty of space and the environment is comfortable. The restrooms were clean and well maintained. Overall, a nice-looking café with a great atmosphere, but there’s room for improvement when it comes to service flow and coffee quality.

Absolutely stunning interior!! There are so many plants and cute decorations. There's a bunch of seats inside too. The staff was very nice and helpful, and they have free wifi vouchers that last 1 hour (and they are very nice to give another if it's been on hour). Their blueberry muffin was pretty good, and the coffee was super yummy, but very expensive.

My new favorite interesting koooky cafe. I can't figure out this place, and that's why I love it. Coffee, art, books (just for viewing, like the art), and some plants. All hidden in this small place. The bathrooms are cool too.

Immediately became my favorite coffee shop/cafe in all of the city. Wonderful place! Cozy and adorable, great menu, great seating. Got a hazelnut mocha and a scone on a rainy day and could not be more cozy on the couch with a book. Few people in small conservations. A hidden gem!

Beautiful interiors with gorgeous plants , the service is good and the coffee ok. At $7 50 ( incl $1 tip) an Americano is expensive but served in a large mug. Love the atmosphere .

Really nice cafe & bar with tables for sitting with computer! I got a dirt chai latte with oat milk & my friend got a creme martini, both were very delicious! The staff did an amazing job! Thank you!!

A Hidden Oasis on 21st and 8th! Returning to my old New York neighborhood after years clean, I stumbled upon Café-Flor, a truly enchanting surprise. This unique spot, combining two distinct!spaces, is a veritable oasis. One side is a haven of captivating art, while the other is brimming with lush plant life, creating a serene atmosphere. Though I only had 20 minutes to spare, I could easily lose several hours here multiple times a week. A special thank you to Fred and Leos at the front for their wonderful help! Café Flor is a must-visit.

Very cute cafe/bar with some outside seating on warm days. The bartender working when I went was nice and can whip you up something off-menu as well. The bartender’s signature mocktail was delicious. This space also serves as an event venue with decent pricing and a large storage area. However, the AC is a bit lacking if packed on a hot day.
