Guys. Lets start with the reservation. I paid $50 to sit in the Alpenglobe. If all i had to do was bring a DOG with me to eat in there I would have! I watched not as one but TWO guest were allowed into them in lieu of them eating inside. Lets admit, it isn't any more sanitary to have them in the globes than in the Cafe, probably less. Also if you are going to give someone FREE access, don't do it in front of the people who PAID! Next, the food. It's ok, but price vs quality, I could have got 2 dishes of equal quality at Applebee's or Chili's, sorry. The bruschetta was soggy, the Caprese was decent, but the tomatoes tasted like regular slicers, not otv, broccolini was bitter, whoever buys your produce should be EXTRA selective. Service. Friends, you are attempting to come across as a high end café with your food prices yet you have a waiter in cargo pants and his hat backwards, reminiscent of Luke from Gilmore Girls? (He was REALLY nice though he looked really stressed, Manager/Owner?) No button up collars? Ties? The birthday cake for my wife was somewhat redeeming, but I would have fired on the spot, the really rude girl who flat out refused to sing, not because she "had" to but because customer service is the job. She audibly said, "no I dont have time for that I have other things to do" very rudely and in front of us and other customers. The guys however joined in my show for my wife and were awesome 👌! All and all, this place has SO much locked potential! You could be a destination place for more than just eating meh food in a bubble. You could be an EXPERIENCE! PS, I told you it was my wife's birthday on my reservation, watch for those notes! Make it magical for those guests, bet they will be back! I'd love to come back, but not if I'm paying for a reservation while pet owners do not. Not if that same rude girl is there, because that's proof service isn't a priority and not if you don't up the food game...Maybe for breakfast?
