Place was recommended by a friend. I came for lunch and it surpassed my expectations. Everything was delicious, even the warm bread! Service was even better than the food. Cozy atmosphere, lovely decor. Must try the Duck. And if you’re there’s early ? 12pm is brunch time! They gave a variety of options. Never disappoints. Really recommend!!!

Good place for a big group dinner... Service was great. Waiter always recommending what the best options from the menu are... Even asking and suggesting last minute changes in the orders. That's not very common. Food wad good, well presented. Not cheap, but not that expensive. We paid a bit less than 40 euros each for a full meal including drinks.

Absolutely fantastic place for drinks or dinner, day or night. Lots of seating and a very cosy atmosphere, which makes for pleasant dining in groups or with someone special. Prices are very reasonable, and there are specials of the day available; you won’t be spending more than 10€ to 20€ a plate, and around mid-30€ for a meal with a drink or two. Great cocktail and wine selection, and the menu is nicely varied and will cater for everyone.

Superb meal! Top quality food, such good flavours and the puddings were amazing! The waiters were very welcoming, helpful and cheery! 100% recommend.

Perfect and affordable! Actually Menu del dia is very cheap.(starter+main+drinks+dessert=14.50 euros) Super nice staff and tasty food!

The best customer service I’ve experienced in Barcelona. Very attentive waiter, gave us recommendations for what to eat and was very kind. The food was out of this world. MASSIVE oysters, the crunchiest chicken I have ever eaten and the pasta was to die for. All of this for a reasonable price.

Nice service, cozy environment, great food! The fried calamar is so good, and the pastrami sandwich is also tasty. The only pity is that the fries were not so hot and crispy. The previous time I went earlier and the fries were freshly fried, which were EXCELLENT

Avocado toast ~€7 Eggs with 3 toppings ~€9 Eggs, 2 stars: Sadly, was looking for a tasty simple egg breakfast. The eggs are boxed, no options for egg whites. Toppings include choice of 3: spinach, mushrooms, salmon, avocado and a few more Avo toast, 1 star: came on something similar to bimba or wonder bread. Too buttered. Everything came with fries and overdressed salad. Ambiance is fun, cute and hipster but breakfast was a miss

I had a delicious lunch here for a flat price of 15 euros and I was stuffed! 15 euros included a drink, a starter, a main course, and a dessert. Everyone in my group paid an extra euro to upgrade our desserts and it's definitely worth it; the regular desserts include what's essentially just a fruit cup, but if you upgrade, you get much better options like creme brulee! I started with their soup of the day, which was an creamy onion and apple soup, and it was delicious. For my main course, I had mussels, which were huge and came in a fragrant broth. Compared to other lunch places, you may think that 15 euros is a lot, but you get a ton of food here!

Cafe Godot has a special offer of the day, which is under 15€. It includes a refreshing drink, starter, main course, dessert and coffee - a bargain! For the starter I had gaspacho with watermelon, it was insanely tasty. For the main course - duck confit. To be completely honest, it wasn't the best confit, not bad either. For dessert I had cheese ice cream and capuccino. The coffee wasn't very good, instead of black coffee my husband received espresso. So, coffee lovers - beware. All in all, the experience was excellent and by the way, our waiter was very charming and spoke perfect English.

Top notch food and service aimed to please. The food is modern with a unique kick. Adding this in rotation for the rest of my stay. Service is slowish and quick at the same time. Great place for a romantic night our a group.

The best part of this place is the fact they have a play area for the kids! The food is also very good, but it could be sub par and I would have come back just to be able to leave the kids to play while we relax and eat.

My friend Craig and I stumbled upon this place after roaming the Gracia neighborhood. First--- the staff are super friendly. The waiters could not have been nicer. The posted menu outside was in Catalan but they have versions of the menu in Castellano, English, and French. Second -- the food was delicious. Reasonably priced. Perfect presentation. Third-- their bar menu (including American-Style Martinis) was great and reasonably priced. Finally, this isn't a touristy restaurant. It's real Barcelona. Totally worth checking out.

Chef Kaya Jacobs rocks!!! We are having a gastronomic experience par excellence. Tuna Tartare, Jamon Iberico con pan tomate, Carpaccio with baby arugula, fried onion, truffle oil and parmigiano reggianio, and we're just getting getting started. This place is buzzy and hip! Check it out. A definite dining destination!

I have been living in Barcelona for 15 years. This is my favorite restaurant!! Great service and amazing food!!

The lunch special here is a steal. For €12 we had soup, a drink, an amazing main, and dessert! Aside from great pricing the food was delicious and the staff polite (and bilingual).

Amazing cafe. On my trip to barcelona I visited this cafe twice. It is very reasonably priced and the food is five stars. The waiters are great, and they have an English menu. The only thing I wish is this place was back in the states. Would def. come back. The juevos rancheros are amazing! Oh and they have good champagne and fresh squeezed orange juice for mimosas! Free wifi too.

Nothing quite like it in Barçelona - nothing quite like it anywhere! Quite a gem, not to be missed!

My wife and i stumbled on this place trying to find a brunch spot. Their Bahn mi sandwich, quiche of the day and green smoothy was really good. Very friendly and chill atmosphere.

The star is for the pleasant decor and soft French and Billy Holiday music. The service is horrible and food not good, so far! After asking for a coffee and lots of water, explaining I was dehydrated, I received a coffee and small water. I finally flagged over the waiter after being ignored for another hour, despite being the only customer, and was told there was no food offered til 1 pm except a small sandwich. The options are sausage and cheese, ham or cheese. I asked for ham and cheese and got a dried out small baguette section with a sliver of cheese and some meat that may be an air dried specialty ham but seemed slimey and stringy to me. I have pleasantly spent my time on my computer, but no one has looked my way or asked me if I want more water or coffee or anything for over an hour. Neither have they asked if I want my bill. Apparently I am too uncool to be noticed by the slim young men.

Love it!!!! Súper tasty! Super simple yet sophisticated flavors! They really know their thing! I tried their quiche that came with a delicious salad with a touch of Dijon and an amazing olive oil. Even the bread was special. Thanks. Great experience

If anyone is traveling from the states to find a brunch gem, this is it. It is amazing. The staff/ service is top notch, the food is comparable to weekend brunches at the usual favorites in L.A. & N.Y. but neither of these cities have an abundance of cardamon, freshly squeezed OJ mimosas & freshly infused salmon plates. I stayed in the Gracia neighborhood for 2 weeks. It was like a cleaned up/ historic version of the East Village. The vibe is everywhere in Gracia. If any restaurant embodies a welcoming hug to Americans, this would be that place. Warmth is the only way to describe this place.

Loved the carpaccio. Fish special was good too. Creme brûlée was excellent. Good service, casual atmosphere.
