I have been invited for a dinner to this restaurant. The especial design of it make it appropriate for different type of costumer, solo, group, romantic, business, etc. Quality of food based my experience and another friend in their Heuer Dog and Risotto was not good, but another friend appreciated their fried chiken. Service was good and staff were nice and helpful. Good wheelchair access. Location is good and accessible by public and private transport.

Food was good as well as service and atmosphere (music). However, there is only one choice without meat and no fish in the menu. I leave a low review on the service because the tip was added by the waiter on top of our bill directly in the payment system without previous dialogue about it. We did not complain as it was our first evening in Vienna and were unsure if it was a standard practice. After the fact, we concluded it’s pushy.

Our hotel made a reservation for us at this restaurant when we asked for a place that could give us a Viennese experience. The server suggested some local dishes and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The beef cheeks were especially amazing!

Google
A cosy restaurant with a good view on the Karlsplatz. The dishes can be a bit pricey, but they are worth all of it because the taste is perfect. The food is served fast by nice waiters. A good restaurant to have a lunch!

We had burgers. It's 14,80 EUR. Meat was good, however it's only bread meet and cheese. Not even a slice of tomato or lettuce. Chips looked like leftovers from a day before, full of salt.

This place looks really nice. Outside you can enjoy the green sourrandings in the middle of the city and inside a very elegant interior. We just stayed for one drink because the place is quite expensive and it's very very crowded... This means it is also very noisy there and you have to wait long for the waiter. Make sure you book a table in advance.

One of the best restaurants in Vienna. Great creative food, special cocktails! And try the hone made pickles!

The service and the drinks were nice, but the toilet was gross and dirty

Yelp
This place is incredibly delicious. The food also feels very homey. I went here with the inlaws while visiting from the states. The vegetable soup was amazing, the lunch portions are huge and around 12 euros. They have a new different plate every day of the week.

Yelp
Nice vibrant outdoor atmosphere. Try not to sit at the high top tables if you can avoid them, as they are difficult to get in/out of if you're not real tall. Wine glass pours are not very generous, but the Heuer Spritzer was delicious and refreshing. The Burrata and Heuer Salad appetizers were both amazing, but the freshness of ingredients was on full display with the delightful salad. The Viennese Fried Chicken was light and crispy, while the beef in the Tagliata practically melted in your mouth. Save room for dessert as the Seasonal Tartlet sounded delicious (& no doubt was, but I was out-voted so didn't get to try) and the half-baked chocolate cake was. The richness and sweetness of the cake balanced nicely with the tartness of the berries and creaminess of the ice cream. Service was wonderful; the wait staff spoke English and were prompt. Would definitely make this a regular stop if I lived in Vienna.

Yelp
After a concert with the Wien Symphony we needed something to cap off the night. We stumbled upon Heuer because they were all lit up with candles on outdoor tables and some great jazz playing. The atmosphere and amazing service the give to a score to 4 stars. We just has some cocktails no dessert because they ran out of all the good desserts by 10pm.

Yelp
Nice outdoor seating, fusion between traditional, Middle Eastern and modern cuisine. My food was too salty and the Spritzer came with two big icecubes. Help!

Yelp
DO NOT EAT THE FOOD! If you want an overpriced drink, they have a nice garden. Otherwise, avoid this place! Absolutely horrendous. One of the worst burgers/meals I've ever had. 15 euros for a frozen burger that had more mayonnaise than meat, 3 fries, and a spoonful of homemade ketchup. Complete waste of money.

Yelp
Great vegan breakfast, good start of the day! As the other breakfast menu's appeared average, we tried the vegan and we couldnt have made a better choice. Muesli with super foods and soy milk; fig bread with [...] spread, a slice of sweet potatoe, grilled paprika and sprouts. Rhubarb lemonade (home made) also to be recommended. Vegan raw chocolate brownie with walnuts and berries was good, but be aware, its huge! Sharing is the way to go :) Lovely outside area

Yelp
We stumbled on this cafe when wandering around Stepanzplats. It looked inviting with all the tables out an the candles everywhere. Inside we found a welcoming warmth. The place has a central bar & serving area and selection of wooden tables with benches. We noticed it was very geared up to serving coffee, but beers and wines are served too. They also have a restaurant area, we didn't visit that. We took seat and I found that there were dog's drinking bowls dotted around the place. And then I noticed the dogs, this is a dog friendly cafe and you can tell they're lapping it up (*pun*). We fancied an Irish coffee, even though they didn't have that on the menu, our barista made his own version and it was delicious! We saw that the wall were filled with massive jars of pickled .. stuff. We identified lemons and beetroot, but others still remain a mystery. Very friendly and efficient service. One side note though: the toilets are not representative of the bar itself. More suited for a roadside cafe than for a hip & trendy bar they are showing up the front.

Yelp
Heuer is a pretty nice restaurant right by Karlspaltz's U-Bahn. They have both inside and outside dining. The service is mediocre, buts that's something you have to prepare yourself for if you're coming from the states. ;) I ordered the Heuer burger and it wasn't too bad. The cheddar cheese was melted on it and the mayo/coleslaw was oozing off it (made for a nice messy experience!) :) but the meat definitely could have been seasoned more and the bun is more of a a sourdough type bun. It's just not fluffy and light, it's a bit more dense, which isn't necessarily bad, I just prefer more fluffy buns. Overall probably one of the better burgers I've tried in Vienna, and if you get it with a beer it's not bad. Really not bad at all.

Yelp
Food was fresh and delicious. The beef tartar with guacamole was wonderful and the flat bread roast beef was enjoyed by others. Our waitress was fun, very helpful and very happy to our group of Americans. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Yelp
Was here on several occassions. Breakfast is good. DJ on sundays and nice music in the gardenlike area facing Karlspark. Nice service most of the time. Food is good with very few exceptions where it was only average. One of the best italian coffee served in Vienna

Yelp
This is an amazing place I found on the way to Nasch Market. At first, I saw several hipsters sitting on top on planter boxes, eating dinner at a community garden. Turns out, Heur restaurant is close to Karl's Garten, making me feel like I was having dinner in a forrest. I forgot I was an urban area! They play cool music that has a jazz and tech vibe. They have alcoholic beverages, but please try one of their 3 different lemondades. I had the apple & star anise blend. It is located off the Karsplatz U. I ordered the hamburger and it was fantastic! Adding to the unique atmosphere was the Andy Warhol like Eagle art from a neighboring building. This place is soaking in trendy. The food lives up the atmosphere!

Yelp
My wife and I are in Vienna for 4 days and by chance came across this restaurant as we were exploring the city. The menu seemed quite different and we thought we would give it a chance. Upon sitting down, it took about 30min to place our order and the same for our food to be delivered. We ordered the Perch and a hamburger which we thought were good choices. The Perch was a small, piece of fish and we were advised to order a side salad, 4.5 euros more which consisted of a small bowl of green leaves. My hamburger (more mayonnaise than meat) was the worst I have ever had. The fries were obviously old and had been heated were also disappointing. I asked for ketchup and was charged 3 euros extra which only made our experience worse. Bottom line my advice to anyone out there is avoid this place completely if you are looking for good food experience. I even politely complained to the manager who was completely unfazed!!
