Ice cream is so popular here. Everywhere there is an ice-cream cafe or parlour. did not like their ice cream. So we popped into this cafe. We were mesmerized by the moving cups and all the other trinkets. Our order was spot on. But when I thought i would enjoy my ice cream i found a hair 🤮. I pulled it out and dropped it before i could take a picture. I was so disgusted. Then i came to realize the cafe was very dirty. Floor, seats and tables. They need to hire more people to keep the place clean. Not coming here again

Fresh, warm waffle served with ice cream, chocolate and banana - overall, quite enjoyable. My only suggestion would be to offer the option of a soft-serve cone instead of the Italian-style soft ice cream, which melts quickly and ended up dripping onto my shoes 😅. A small tweak that could make an already tasty dessert even better.

One of the few desert and sweet places that open until late 11pm. They have so many varieties of desert like ice cream, churros, crepe, waffles. The ice creams are really good, gelato style, creamy and plenty of options to choose from with sprinkle of different types available to use. The churros were as crisp as it should be but still good. One of the better option to try around this area.

A great store for a sweet treat or refreshing icecream in the summer . The atmosphere is lovely and creative, they have many kinds of bubble waffles and gelato, with many flavours you can try from. I tried the passion fruit and coconut flavours and both were great!! Decently priced as well. They have dairy free, sorbets too.

Not as expected based on reviews. We were a bit disappointed with the quality of this place. The crepe was too thick (when folded almost felt like a pancake), so the ratio of ingredients vs crepe was off. We tried some samples of gelato/ice cream but couldn't settle for one as the flavors were off as well. Pistachio didn't taste like pistachio at all, and coconut was way too sweet, as examples. Service was fast and cordial, but we have had better crepes and ice creams in other places.

Small waffle, gelato bar right at the bottom of Stockholm's narrowest street, there are a few tables inside to eat at, the crepes and waffles were lovingly made and reasonably priced for the quality. Only one member of staff was on site so there was a wait for the food however it was well worth it....don't miss the crepes...they are sublime. coffee milkshake was a winner as well.

Best waffle in stockholm! You should go here to get your delicious waffle, the service is very friendly! I'll coming again!

This is a fun place to visit for a sweet treat. The ice cream is soft serve in the Oreo waffle. I’m not a huge fan of that, otherwise the Oreo waffle was ok. It can get mess, keep it in the holder to prevent any accidental spills. The girls working the counter were polite and were serving orders as fast as they could prepare them. The waffle and crepes are made fresh to order. It’s a fun place to visit and try something with the fun ambience of eating inside.

This is a fun store to get ice cream, waffles or churros. The atmosphere is really cool compared to any other shops we've been to. This is definitely worth checking out if you have a sweet tooth.

Delicious ice cream with lots of unique flavors! Even though it's in a touristy area I thought the prices were typical of Stockholm. I got 2 scoops in a cone, and the cashier initially charged me for 2 single scoops before I corrected her. While it could have been an honest mistake or misunderstanding, I'm unsure if this has happened to other tourists.

We had a very nice meal in a very scenic patio in old town. All of our entrees were excellent.

We were here for the crepes - like everything, it's expensive but it's really good and large. Kids loved them! Many other options!

Free WiFi (with code). Quick and easy coffee and ice cream and nice service. I walked in 10 minutes before closing (1700) and the lady was like no problem. Take a seat and enjoy your coffee. Sweet! I guess if the weather was warmer I'd buy some ice cream but it was about 27'F with snow flurries.

Let your nose be your guide!!! You can't walk in here and not smile. All the Yumminess is just amazing!! We had the daim bubble and it comes with strawberries and ice cream and oh boy did we devour it!!! The staff is super sweet and very attentive! Thank you for the wonderful service

This place had multiple kinds of licorice flavored ice-cream last time I was their. I know it's not for everybody - but it is for me! The non-licorice flavors are terrific as well. I thought the staff was friendly and the location could not be better!

My mother and I stopped here one evening for dinner while in Stockholm. We shared a salmon and feta quiche. First impressions: local pd eat here, they have their own table so it must be good. Cheese tastes different here, less preservatives. The swedish currency is like 10/12: 1 USD, so things are $$$. But, gotta eat. Oh, there's gelato, too.

Very rude woman behind the counter, who spent time obviously making fun of non Swedish speaking customers and was very slow with service. The food and ice cream is mediocre at best. The combination of it being overpriced with a bad atmosphere makes this place not worthy of your custom. Plenty of other tourist traps are more deserving of your time.

We popped in here before our day of Dala horse shopping for some warm drinks and a place to sit while we waited for the stores to open up. I was very impressed by the selection of prepared food here and thankfully, they were able to pull a good shot too. One woman worked behind the counter and was prepping what looked like most of the food for the day. There were quiches galore, large cakes and pies and the whole place had a very cool feel to it. If I'm in Gamla Stan again, I'll definitely stop back in here for some coffee and a bite to eat.

Rude, bad customer service, yells at customers. There are tons of ice cream shops in Old Town -- don't bother with this one.

BEWARE!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE RUDE!!! We had already purchased four cups of mediocre coffee and my son was opening a bottle of water as he didn't want coffee, an employee came quickly to the table directing him to leave! So unprofessional and RUDE!! Kindly asking would have served her purpose much better. NEVER GO HERE!

My friend and I stopped here for a little afternoon snack and to try the saffron and honey flavor. The woman behind the counter was so rude when we asked if it was possible to try a sample before we ordered (as this is such a unique flavor). She gave us such an attitude about it that we ended up just ordering one scoop. We would have gotten two if we knew how good the flavor was beforehand. The ice cream was good, but not for the kind of service we received.

This cafe is on a major pedestrian / touristy thoroughfare in Stockholm, so don't expect much. But if you need this last ball of ice cream before marching on to your cruise ship, this is the place - it is clean, nice-looking and reasonably sane.

They have some funky flavours for us non-Nordic people (aka liquorice) but there are many other options to choose and sample. The service is friendly, they accept credit card and make cones on the premises.

If what you want is many flavors of excellent ice cream in home-made (FRESH) waffle cones, this is your place! If you want to sit and talk with someone or have a meeting, it's not the best... cramped and noisy. But there is often music outside, since it is right on the square. The chicken pie with bacon is also delicious.

Delicious gelato and soft serve ice cream in homemade waffle cones. Crowded but the lines move fast. No real place to sit, best to take your cone and walk around the picturesque cobblestone streets.

Good ice cream and a wide variety of flavors. Fresh cones. Friendly service. If you are in Gamla Stan this is your ice cream place. There is a chance there will not be an open seat.
