I have visited this cafe several times, but my recent experience was deeply disappointing. The staff blatantly ignored foreign customers, including me, while prioritizing locals. To make matters worse, they were chit-chatting amongst themselves and eating food instead of attending to customers. After waiting for a long time without being served, I had no choice but to walk away without any food.
This behavior felt unprofessional and unwelcoming, especially for a hospitality-based business. As someone who has supported this cafe regularly, it was upsetting to be treated this way. Cafes should foster inclusivity and treat all patrons equally, regardless of their background.
I hope the management addresses this issue promptly to ensure a better experience for all customers moving forward.
