My friend and me went for an exhibition and came across this lovely cafe. The menu was more than basic but thankfully not too many odd options, my cereal coffee was mild and without bitterness, me myself am extremely sensitive to caffeine but it just saved me from disturbing my bio clock. The atmosphere is so nice, cozy as home and with white windows. There’s no music but people chatting gently, ideally a comfortable place for old friends.

Flat whites were good. Bauernfrühstück and scrambled tofu (vegan) were OK. Nothing extraordinary. The service is great and so is the location. Might come back for their cakes.

€6,90 ???!!!! Someone is laughing their pants off running this shop. Not one green leaf on the ‘Beilagesalad’/salad. Nice location, beautiful garden and great to have vegan food options, but don’t milk the vegan cows that are your customers too deeply in their pockets if you want them to return…

Prices are expensive. Portions are small. Service is very slow. An omelette took 30+ minutes to be served. Waiters are busier than Olaf Scholz.

Cute little cafe tucked away off the Lange Reihe. Tons of vegetarian and vegan options. I only ever had drinks, but they’re delicious. You can order them in a bowl size, something I’ve noticed seems to be a thing at multiple places on the Lange Reihe. Overall, it’s a very relaxed place that gives you a little reprieve from the hustle and bustle of the area.

Lovely coffee shop where I had breakfast and coffee a couple times. The service is nice and food is fresh and tasty. The issue is that the shopping center it is found in is rather bland and quiet. This coffee shop feels like it’s alone here. I like the upper floor looking down, and I respect the fact that service does not decline on the upper floor. For some reason, I saw fit to take pictures of the multiple angles of my coffee alone...Not sure what they put into the stuff...

Café Koppel is lovely. Stumbled on it while cycling in Hamburg. Nice home made cakes. Cool beer sortiments. Nice and warm people. There is a garden outside but often busy when the sun shines ;)

Just had the best flat white of my life here! It was so good, I had it twice! So happy to have found this conscious café.

Yelp
Even if you are no vegetarian or artist, this café is definitely worth a visit. The coffee is good, and the salad of the season is unbeatable. And try breakfast on weekends - very tasty. The catch? It is all the same with special cafés - prices are quite high. And don't expect any coke, for it is all about organic food. Nonetheless: Five stars! One more thing: Avoid going there round christmas, if you do not like to cuddle with strangers. Plus there might be a lot of pushchairs. Filled with babies. Loud babies.

Yelp
There are not so many vegetarians in center of Hamburg so Caffe Koppel is probably the best one. Food is good, specially endless soup variations. Place is forcing some kind of old fashion look which attracts funny (not my) type of people so for this I will take one star down.

Yelp
Wenn ich in der Nähe bin, gehe ich hier gern auf ein Stück hausgemachten Kuchen vorbei. Dazu einen schönen Kaffee und dabei gemütlich eine Zeitung lesen,
