❌ Food ❌ Service ❌ Staff Attitude ❌ Serving Time ❌ Customer Care Oh, what an amazing experience. If you're not attractive enough to catch their attention, good luck getting any service. We had the honor of waving our arms multiple times just to place an order—because apparently, approaching customers isn't part of their job description. Bryan can vouch for that too. First time eating at their Ayala branch, and wow... what a treat. Can’t wait to never go back. Seriously, do yourself a favor—try literally anywhere else.

Horrible experience I was frequent customer till today I always ask if they have crab available this is a popular dish I used to like it too much cuz they bring you a plate with a lot of small chunks of crab in a thick delicious coconut sauce, so when they say yes I took a seat and was utterly dissapointed just before my bill arrive I saw the same dish I order and they look good with the small chunks of crab So I was thinking I was satisfied my cravings today but the dishes arrived they just put on me two boiled crab meatless with two huge chunks of coconut meat without being cut properly like they used to do it's like they cook just put there lazy 2 boiled crab put 2 huge chunks of coconut meat not cut properly bigger than the lousy crab, there is no excuse for this Iike I wrote I saw The same dish how it should be done just before mine arrived I think I had a bad luck for my order to be handled by the wrong person in the kitchen, but not only the crab was a total disaster when the rice arrived the garlic rice was just as small as sprinkle a roasted garlic on top and the rice instead of being dry to match with the sauce It was like oatmeal like congee they cannot even do rice wel I told the waitress to tell the manager about it but seems they don't care too cuz they never even show their face The ownership should put more attention both to the kitchen and to the management of the place I would never never comeback!

I’ve had better Filipino food elsewhere. Was disappointed by the food quality. I believe they used to be better. The krispy pata was small, calamares were overcooked. Fried kangkong was my favorite.

I used to love this place when I lived in Cebu. I always went every time I was visiting the Philippines. The fresh lumpia was as good as I remembered, Pinckney and chicken were okay. The halo halo was good though. The mini halo halo is big enough after a big meal.

Despite being next in line, Bryan, the server shown in the attached photo, opted to attend to a guest who had cut in line ahead of me. This lack of attention to proper order was disheartening. I was also disappointed by the manner in which the menu was presented to our table—he casually just tossed it. How rude can that get? The food was okay but it took almost an hour to serve. The bottomline? Good food, tasteless service.

❌ Food ❌ Service ❌ Staff Attitude ❌ Serving Time ❌ Customer Care Best to try other restaurants than here. They won't attend to you if you're not appealing to their eyes. You have to approach the food servers so you can order, rather than them approaching you to take your order (Bryan to mention) We had to raise our arms a few times for that. First time to eat sa branch nila dito sa Ayala, NEVER AGAIN! Better not to try here.

I had high expectations on this cafe since there are a lot of branches in Cebu. However, when we tried their Lumpiang Sariwa and Fried Chicken, both bland and pricey. Their Lechon Kawali was okay though. Servers were quite attentive and the ambiance was good also.

Yelp
Short staffed=bad service. Waiting time 1hr. Who wants to eat after an hour of ordering? They try to make the most of the space so table spacing is tight. They should lessen the tables to compensate their short staffing. Food is fair. Quantity of serving is small. Prices are high. Basically not happy. Ambiance is also not that family friendly. They have only a 1 baby stool/high chair.

Yelp
The service level has change at garden. They used to be quick and attentive (this was not during a rush hour). The menu selection is good. However, the quality of the food is almost the same as a fast food restaurant. The bathroom was not kept clean and napkins is scarce. Cafe laguna, I loved going to your restaurants, but the competition is better.

Yelp
Cafe Laguna at the Ayala Center in Cebu is an excellent restaurant to dine at. They make some yummy Filipino food. Nice ambiance and good customer service are also pluses. Definitely, a restaurant worth trying if you want tasty Filipino cuisine.

Yelp
Came here for lunch while on vacation here in the Philippines. The food here is fantastic. I had some lechon kawali and some lengua estofado (braised ox tongue). So tender so good. I'll be back before I leave.
