Awful customer service. Most of the female waiters/servers avoided eye contact and ignored customers—not just us. Why work in customer service if you're going to avoid customers? Thankfully, there was one male worker during that shift (this isn't about gender, I just don’t know their names) who was observant, efficient, and attentive to the customers' needs. He was the only one who didn’t avoid eye contact. From what I observed, he seemed to be the only one working properly, while the other workers were moving unusually slow. They didn't even have to be fast, and the restaurant wasn't short-staffed, but I wasn't expecting such a slow pace, especially when there were barely any customers at that time. It was unfortunate because the food was actually good. I would have liked to come back for the food, but I don’t think I will, since I don’t want to go through that experience again.
