My god, I guess I am not the only one who experiences the slow service of this cafe. Dine-in around 1:05pm foods arrived after 50 mins foods just for americano and cafe latte. Mains dish was served late even a freaking water bottle was delivered late. I would never eat here again. If you want a truly Filipino foods try Gerrys grill. Better service.

I had a truly great experience with Cafe Laguna Ayala, not just with the food, but with the exceptional customer service at this restaurant. The staff went above and beyond when we accidentally left behind a small bag containing important IDs, money and bank cards. They took the time to contact us right away and made sure everything was safely returned. Their honesty and integrity really stood out, and it gave us peace of mind knowing we were in such trustworthy hands. On top of that, the service during our visit was warm, welcoming, and attentive. I truly recommend this place, not just for the food, but for the people behind it. It's rare to find such genuine and honest service these days!

I’ve had better Filipino food elsewhere. Was disappointed by the food quality. I believe they used to be better. The krispy pata was small, calamares were overcooked. Fried kangkong was my favorite.

Despite being next in line, Bryan, the server shown in the attached photo, opted to attend to a guest who had cut in line ahead of me. This lack of attention to proper order was disheartening. I was also disappointed by the manner in which the menu was presented to our table—he casually just tossed it. How rude can that get? The food was okay but it took almost an hour to serve. The bottomline? Good food, tasteless service.

Awful customer service. Most of the female waiters/servers avoided eye contact and ignored customers—not just us. Why work in customer service if you're going to avoid customers? Thankfully, there was one male worker during that shift (this isn't about gender, I just don’t know their names) who was observant, efficient, and attentive to the customers' needs. He was the only one who didn’t avoid eye contact. From what I observed, he seemed to be the only one working properly, while the other workers were moving unusually slow. They didn't even have to be fast, and the restaurant wasn't short-staffed, but I wasn't expecting such a slow pace, especially when there were barely any customers at that time. It was unfortunate because the food was actually good. I would have liked to come back for the food, but I don’t think I will, since I don’t want to go through that experience again.

I used to love this place when I lived in Cebu. I always went every time I was visiting the Philippines. The fresh lumpia was as good as I remembered, Pinckney and chicken were okay. The halo halo was good though. The mini halo halo is big enough after a big meal.

It is okay. I only ate the bulalo steak and it is quite bland for my taste. Won't order that again. The others are just okay. But there are a lot of people here so maybe this is just not my type of food. Also we went here because of their lechon but at this specific branch they are not serving it. You should go to the other cafe laguna as there are 2 located in this mall. Friendly staff - the server even gave us complimentary tea. Thank you. Quick service Okay food. Price is around p300 per head

Yelp
Short staffed=bad service. Waiting time 1hr. Who wants to eat after an hour of ordering? They try to make the most of the space so table spacing is tight. They should lessen the tables to compensate their short staffing. Food is fair. Quantity of serving is small. Prices are high. Basically not happy. Ambiance is also not that family friendly. They have only a 1 baby stool/high chair.

Yelp
Cafe Laguna at the Ayala Center in Cebu is an excellent restaurant to dine at. They make some yummy Filipino food. Nice ambiance and good customer service are also pluses. Definitely, a restaurant worth trying if you want tasty Filipino cuisine.

Yelp
The service level has change at garden. They used to be quick and attentive (this was not during a rush hour). The menu selection is good. However, the quality of the food is almost the same as a fast food restaurant. The bathroom was not kept clean and napkins is scarce. Cafe laguna, I loved going to your restaurants, but the competition is better.

Yelp
Came here for lunch while on vacation here in the Philippines. The food here is fantastic. I had some lechon kawali and some lengua estofado (braised ox tongue). So tender so good. I'll be back before I leave.
