Cafe Lephin

Spent a rainy afternoon drinking mochas and eating food and pastries while reading my book. Great atmosphere and service. The Cafe is definitely worth the detour just to grab a coffee to go and visit the boutique at the back. The drive there is mostly on a single track road with beautiful views!

Excellent food! The flavor is perfect the drinks are made to perfection. Highly recommend!

Nice place with friendly staff. Hot food of sandwiches and soup served from 12pm, cake and coffee at other times. Prices seem a little expensive (£11-£13.50 for bagels and paninis).

It was rush hour when we had lunch at Cafe Lephin. However, this didn't stop the ladies of the Cafe to be friendly and deliver customer service. We had soup of the day with a cheese scone, a grilled bagel with smoked salmon and cream cheese, an apple-black currant flap jack and coffee and (double) espressos. Lunch tasted very good. Garnish wasn't a typical side salad.

Came to Cafe Lephin on our way to Neist Point, and loved everything that we ordered. We had a soup with cheese scone, a pesto and mozzarella sandwich, some tea and a millionaire bar. The staff was very nice, and there was plenty of seating given how popular some sights were in the area. Highly recommend this place if you're in the area and even worth a drive for lunch if you're on Skye in general.

Wonderful place for lunch. Our group was over the moon with everything we ordered. Highly recommend the roast veggie bagel. Coffee is delicious as well. Best latte I've had in the United Kingdom!

A short stop-by for quick meal before Neist Point Lighthouse. I had tomato soup in the chilling, windy and shower day. It is perfect filling up. The shop was busy, customers kept coming up, but they still make charming services. Was nice.

We came here wet to the bone after being at Neist Point. It is a very comfy cafe. We had a delicious soup and even better cheese scones. It was warm, as we sat near the oven, and music playing. The owner/waitress was very welcoming and friendly.

We stopped here for lunch after going to Neist Point Lighthouse all morning and were very pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly and polite, the food was hot and fresh as well as tasty, and the coffee was delicious. Definitely recommend stopping here if you're in the area!

Wonderful place! Excellent coffee from a local Skye roaster, a vegan and gluten free option, and warm and friendly service.

Wow! I had a panini and it was incredible...bacon and Brie! My friend had a tuna panini. The atmosphere was so inviting and warm.

Just before (or after) Neist Point parking lot is this little stop, open for sit down or takeaway. Try their cheese scones!

We were so thankful to stumble across Cafe Lephin during our road trip. We made our way out to the west side of the isle for sight seeing and were so happy for a solid option out in that area instead of driving back to Portree or where we were staying. I got a tea which was fantastic, and my friend said that latte was her favorite out of all she had while in Scotland. I had a vegan hummus open sandwich, modified for me due to my dairy/egg intolerance. I didn't have any other vegan/dairy free options, but this was actually really delicious. I would recommend to anyone out in that area of Isle of Skye.

Great coffee and blueberry muffins. Friendly staff. Simple clean and bright decor. A must stop if you have traveled to Glendale.

Food is pretty scarce on the Isle of Skye in general. Thus, Cafe Lephin is way better than it needs to be given its remote location. Those visiting Neist Point will probably not find a better place to grab breakfast or lunch. Inside, this is a modern-looking, clean cafe with a coffee house type of feel. They have a smaller but well-curated menu. I went with the brie and cranberry panini, which I thought was very good. Others in our group thoroughly enjoyed their lunch. They have several tables inside including a second back room. Outside there is plenty of seating as well. Also worth mentioning, they sell artwork here such as modern looking Neist Point prints. We purchased one to take back home and frame. It looks fantastic!

A great little spot on the way to Neist Point! Decent parking and fantastic staff and goodies! My husband and son argue that the millionaires shortbread here might just be the best they've ever tasted! If baked goods aren't your thing, pick up one of their tasty caffeinated beverages and browse their gift shop. Definitely stop in and give them a try!

Delicious soup and fabulous local bread (Anadama like). Low key; cafe charming; clean, good small bottles of wine and beer available.. with delightful-small gallery of nice prints by locals.

After a long and windy walk, it was the perfect place for some cakes and coffee. Nice staff, cosy environment.

A great little cafe on the way out to Neist Point with soups, scones, baguettes, and libations as well. We had all of the above and could not be happier about stopping in!

Stumbled on this gem on the road to Neist Point Lighthouse. Menu had soups, baked goods and sandwiches. Soups served with scones were great as with the baguette sandwiches. Only a few tables inside but if you can score one it is a nice, cozy spot for lunch or an afternoon break.

Stayed at Milovaig for a week and Cafe Lephin was a welcome find. Super friendly. Good coffee-fresh scones. Support local business. If you're visiting Neist Point take time to stop here.
