Café Lilou

This restaurant is located in Adliya in block 338. the ambience is excellent, the food is delicious especially their eggs , avocado toast, pancakes. The interior of the cafe is also nice, reminds me of Paris a lot. We had lunch here, ordered the gnocchi with fried chicken and an angus burger. Food is great, drinks are great too, coffee is prepared with much love. Overall a nice cafe that you can check out in this area.

LILOU is always my go to cafe … They are one of the best cafes who always always surprises you with new additions in their menu , which for me is value for money Their passion fruit drink is quite refreshing and tangy .. I’m a big fan of their salads .. Vendome is a great new addition .. something fruity and different Jardin LILOU Is ok as would have preferred it with a crunchy ciabatta and some more spicy addition to it Bon Bon for dessert is a meal by itself Love the strong flavor and as a desert lover 👍 LILOU is always a value for money place for me as they always offer variety and flavor spot on

I tried the creamy mushroom soup with buttered brioche, salmon with mashed potatoes, and a crispy chicken burger with chips. Each dish was carefully prepared, beautifully presented. The soup was comforting, but I am not satisfied with the taste, the salmon cooked perfectly, and the burger was crispy and satisfying. The service was excellent — attentive, polite, and friendly, ensuring a smooth dining experience. Prices are slightly on the higher side, but the quality of the food, the presentation, and the overall atmosphere are ok. Café Lilou is ideal for anyone looking for a refined dining experience in Bahrain.

Last day in Bahrain decided to visit this cafe as the hotel breakfast wasn't satisfying. Heard and saw reels of it in IG looked pretty impressive and decided to pay a visit. Visited for brunch around 10 ish and it wasn't crowded. Weather was quite nice most people chose to sit outdoors but had a breeze so decided to take indoors. The staff were quite friendly but they kept walking over every few minutes to check if they could take my order. The problem here is they really have a lot on their menu it takes time to scroll through almost everything, and it's not that intuitive or navigation friendly. Too many things to choose from I kinda gave up scrolling and I asked the waitress to give me some recommendations on what to eat since I felt kinda pressured to order quickly. Even the waitress had problem navigating the menu when trying to find the dish to show me. Ended up picking a drink, a main and a dessert. The food didn't take long to be served. Presentation looks good and so was the portion of the dishes. The first main was the Moulin Rouge, which was croissant with eggs, mushrooms and cheese. Portion was big I already regretted ordering the dessert after finishing it. Food was good but was slightly disappointed as I hoped for the croissant to be more crispy instead of soft. The dessert was good also as loved the broiche with chocolate. Also another very filling dish. The drink was nice but probably a bit too sweet for my liking. The taste of rose was also pretty strong, not common but I liked it. The service was quite good they allowed me to customize the drink though it was blended they allowed me to have the drink and ice version. Overall good meal, a little on the expensive side but not sure if its the norm for restaurants in Bahrain. I guess its quite worth for the portion and quality. It's definitely worth giving it a try and take some nice photos of the decor.

Thilini is an amazing server. Food is fantastic and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. I highly recommend trying the winter menu chocolate chai drink, prawns and chicken sliders are amazing.

Our go-to for years - consistently deliciously high standard of fusion French-Arab food. Love the winter menu, thanks to Thilini for her spot-on brunch suggestions.

My experience was truly enhanced by his professionalism and kindness. I also highly recommend trying the mixed fruit juice and the delicious, unique salads. Thank you for the wonderful service

Just good. The steak was cooked perfectly and I liked the burger balls thingy. The rest was mid specially the risotto.
