Loved everything! The staff is not only sweet and have knowledge about the food, but they are also super good looking! I highly recommend going there.

Highly recommend Cafe Maurits. The food is so well executed with so much flavor and beautifully plated . There’s so much passion from the kitchen and the cherry on top is the service. The owners Vincent & Thomas really make you feel welcome. Not to forget to mention they have one of the best wine lists in Amsterdam for sure. Will definitely come back.

The owner was super kind to offer us some dishes from the menu even though the kitchen was closed. We had some starters, bread and potatoes which was sufficient for our appetite. Everything tasted great!

Local bistro-style restaurant focused on seasonal ingredients, tasty food with French influence. They offer 3 course menu (50€) and a-la carte choice of 3-4 starters, mains and desserts, nice selection of bar bites and wines. Great service, polite, attentive, they would bring new set of cutlery with every dish. Cozy atmosphere, simple design and not very crowded inside, it's enough space between tables! Thank you for this! You can come for dinner or just drinks. I want to come back for kind of "aperetivo" (few drinks with small bar bites, menu looked interesting) and try other dishes. A few other things to mention delicious sourdough bread, there are few tables outside, portions might be a bit too small (if you're hungry), they have full menu on their website, they can give you Dutch and English at the place.

A colleague recommended this restaurant to me, praising it as a hidden gem in our area, so I had high expectations. The restaurant did not disappoint! The service was friendly and attentive, a perfect balance. The wine selection was nice, and we enjoyed some beautiful German wines. Although the starter was a bit too salty for my taste, the rest of the dishes were very good. I especially loved the dessert and would definitely return. The ambiance strikes a perfect balance between formal and casual. I highly recommend this place!

I enjoyed dinner and wine with friends at this amazing new cafe/ restaurant. The food was outstanding with a vast selection of small and medium bites. Their main dishes were also delicious and just the right portion. The staff who were also the owners, were very helpful and knowledgable on the wine selection they offer. We had several wines from their extended cellar list. I can not wait to go back again for food and or just drinks. A must visit new spot in Amsterdam.

Service atmosphere and general wibe is really good. However, veal rump cap was horrible. I was hardly cutting the meat, and couldn’t eat it at all. I hope they will take this feedback seriously to serve better in the future

A lowkey neighbourhood restaurant around the corner of my house. Food is absolutely amazing - we had their take on Indian street food pani puri (so delish), duck rilette, sardines, toasted brioche with pickled mushroom (second time I’ve had it), tortellini with truffle & lamb. The sardines wasn’t salty enough but everything else was top tier, also the wine was really nice. A little bit pricy, but to be honest the same as wherever else you eat in Amsterdam. 10/10 recommend and will definitely come back (also whenever they change menus!)
