We are from Frankfurt and have decided to randomly hop on a random tram and ended up in this peaceful neighbourhood. Loved the ambience in this cafe/pub. We sat outdoors under a huge brolly roof area. We let our waitress, Rachel, chose drinks for us then had a refill and cappuccino which came with a cute little Stroopwafel. We recently had lunch but ended up staying longer and ordering some Nachos here to share - which tasted really yummy with generous guacamole, light sour cream, onion, jalapenos, diced tomatoes, melty divine cheeeeesseeee (and was warm!), absolutely no regrets there! Washroom was cosy and maintained clean; a separate unit for ladies and gents. I think the gents could choose between a standing urinal and private cubicle. Indoors the restaurant felt very airy, good air flow and with fans especially in this trying Covid era. A big plus was the service by Rachel - was genuine, chirpy, swift and observant! An asset to the cafe/pub! We adopted the same tipping culture as per Germany's here, or perhaps a little more cos we really liked Rachel's vibe:)
