Cafe Mezzo

I came here for lunch, which is probably where I went wrong. I got the lasagna and it was not good. However, my friend comes here all the time to do work and he loves it, so the café drinks are probably good.

I went to Hanover for the first time and found a really nice café. The atmosphere and service were great, and the food was good too. Arutin, the friendly waiter made our experience even better. I ate Lasagna there and it was delicious.

Bright, area with large seating area. Vast menu including vegetarian options, full breakfast menu and beer cocktails. Friendly staff and english menus available. Very popular especially around lunch times. Soups, salads and coffees make up the menu.

My first restaurant place that I went as soon as I arrived there. Asked for German typical food. I just LOVED IT. I will probably come back for some new dishes to try out. Nice place, good ambience.

This place is (was?) a classic in Hannover, I used to go there 3-4 times a year. But the service has most definitely deteriorated over the last years. When we entered the pub in February this year around 10pm we were greeted: "we close soon"! The staff had no interest in the usually friendly service, they rather tried to get rid of us and other customers asap.

Nice place, friendly staff, quick service. Great selection including tasty vegan meals, with weekly changing lunch offers which always include vegan options and have never disappointed me. Update a couple years later: still absolutely awesome.
