Cafe Nia

The worst restaurant we've been to in Georgia. Eggplant hard and salty, but compared to Ostri it was edible. Ostri was the worst I've ever eaten in my life, meat hard, stringy, with a strange taste. The staff didn't show any interest in the fact that we left our meal. Additionally, the location is on a busy street so there's no way we could have a quiet meal. I don't understand how this place can have such a high opinion, for an appetizer, main course, lemonade and coffee I paid 50GEL!

Everything about this cafe is fabulous. We enjoyed a wonderful lunch that was so delicious. The woman who served us was kind and friendly too despite our language barrier. Make time while in Kazbegi to eat and drink here, it’s great!!

Cozy cafe near the bus station. Mushroom with Sulguni cheese on a hot clay pot was surprisingly good! Khachapuri was on point. Chicken stew (sorry forgot the Georgian name) tasted amazing! Delicious food. Reasonable price with pretty big portion 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

It was really nice food experience, restaurant is run by lovely local woman. The food was perfect. We ate here twice, dinner and breakfast, both are delicious!

When we arrived, we got the menu, and we saw a lot of meals. What's first we got our beers, but after 40 minutes we got our meals, so that was disappointing. The food was excellent, and we enjoy every bite, so we are recommending this restaurant to everyone but know that that the tip is included inside the meals so don't tip too much because you don't need to.

I went to Cafe Nia to get dinner and it was delicious! I had ostri, cucumber-tomato-salad and white dry wine. The lady was very nice and I really liked the cozy seating area outside. If I am ever back in Stepantsminda, I would definitely come again and try other dishes as well!

Friendly and courteous staff. Clean space. Good menu selection and delicious food. Wifi is available, just ask. They can also speak english. We ordered pork ojakhuri and a kachapuri and they were good. They provided the expected wait time (about 20 mins) and was accurate. No frills interior with some outdoor seating as well. WC just behind the building. They take credit card payments. Prices are good.

I had Kebab only here as the restaurant was closed. Kebab is good and the portion is super big even for standard size. Staff are very friendly. If you are looking for quick bite in Kazbegi, here would be your choice.
