**5/5 Stars - A Hidden Gem in the Badlands!** I'm still buzzing from my incredible experience at Cafe Ole in Drumheller! As a traveler passing through this charming town in the heart of the Canadian Badlands, I stumbled upon this cozy cafe and it quickly became the highlight of my trip. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The decor was eclectic and quirky, with a delightful mix of local art and vintage touches that added to the cafe's charm. But it's not just about the ambiance - the food and drinks at Cafe Ole are truly exceptional! I ordered the signature Ole Latte, which was expertly crafted with a perfect balance of rich espresso and velvety steamed milk. And for breakfast, I indulged in the mouth-watering Eggs Benedict, which was made with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients and cooked to perfection. What truly sets Cafe Ole apart, however, is the outstanding service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, taking the time to chat with me about the local area and offer insider tips on the best attractions to visit. As I sat enjoying my meal and sipping my coffee, I couldn't help but feel grateful for this hidden gem in the heart of Drumheller. Whether you're a local or just passing through, Cafe Ole is an absolute must-visit destination. Be sure to stop by and experience it for yourself - I promise you won't be disappointed! **Highlights:** * Delicious, expertly crafted coffee and food * Warm and welcoming atmosphere * Outstanding service from friendly and knowledgeable staff * Unique and eclectic decor * Perfect spot to relax and refuel while exploring the Badlands **Recommendation:** If you're traveling through Drumheller, do yourself a favor and start your day with a visit to Cafe Ole. Order the Ole Latte and try one of their mouth-watering breakfast dishes - you won't regret it!

This is a locally owned shop, clean and very comfortable inside. There's plenty of space to sit and a nice patio outdoors. Prices are reasonable. They offer breakfast and lunch with cookies, muffins, and biscuits as a side with your coffee. There's a nice variety of coffees here as well. Only complaint is there's a speaker on their roof which plays music first thing in the morning which made our patio experience a bit uncomfortable. I would highly recommend!

The vibes of the café are immaculate and unmatched. It’s such a unique place. I favour the turkey tomato pesto panini; crispy bun and fresh toppings! I definitely suggest adding this place to your travel itinerary! :)

We stopped in and enjoyed an incredible breakfast Bagel BLT. The atmosphere makes you want to sit inside and enjoy your coffee and meal. Cafe Ole is very clean and the owner and staff are polite, friendly, and prompt.

Must have caught them on a bad day? Waited 45 minutes for 3 sandwiches and a waffle (mind you, it was lunch time and they only had 2 people working?) Everything tasted great. Ingredients were fresh, clean and well put together. Would definately go back on a different day?

Our adventures often lead us to charming local coffee shops, and once again, we stumbled upon a gem. This café surpassed our expectations with its impeccable quality and unparalleled service. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warmth, and every sip of coffee felt like a delightful journey. Our experience here was nothing short of exceptional, making it a must-visit spot for any coffee enthusiast on the lookout for excellence.

Yelp
A cute family cafe with a decent espresso bean and food to serve the small Drumheller community. For how often I have a bad cappucino, Cafe Ole was good. The soup is homemade and I heard their best seller soup is the baked potato soup. Would I return, yes !

Yelp
The food was really good, and they the panini was better than I was expecting. The service was average. I would come back here again, And there was limited seating due to Covid-19 precautions but it was not very busy so there was available tables. There is a patio as well as a medium sized dining area. There is washrooms available as well.

Yelp
Quaint little eatery in downtown Drumheller but long wait to be served as there was only one employee running the place and we didn't realize that we had to order at the counter rather than the server coming to your table. Prices are reasonable and the food is good. The server was friendly and courteous and I recommend Cafe Ole for its homemade cuisine.

Yelp
It was a really good decision to come here for our morning coffee. The coffee shop opens early on weekends, there is a lovely patio, and they have flowers on the tables. The coffee here is outrageously delicious and made perfectly. They have a nice selection of coffees, treats, and a small section for selling crafts. We would return here and would highly recommend if you're visiting Drumheller, to stop by.

Yelp
I saw the five star reviews on Yelp... and I thought, "In Drumheller? Really?" So when we decided we needed a wee bit of tea and a munchie before setting ourselves loose on the town for the day, we came to see what all the fuss was about. Cafe Ole is attached to The Brick. "In Drumheller? Really?" And it's all swank! "In Drumheller? Really?" Dark furnishings, a full specialty coffee bar, delicious muffins and things in the front display... No need to stop for crappy chain-restaurant coffee. "In Drumheller? Really?" Really!!! Who knew?!?! Yelpers did. And now so do I!

Yelp
My family and I were in today and we watched the young lady bounce from the till, to her cell phone to preparing food without washing her hands once or wearing gloves. Her hair was unbound and she was continually touching it and she was wearing a sleeveless shirt. My Aunt waited till our meal was done before she was given her glass of water that she ordered when we got there. We watched as a woman walked in from the street and started handling things in the kitchen area where she did not wash her hands either. Lastly we watched as the same girl answered her cell phone at the till while serving customers. Someone needs to notify the health inspector before someone gets sick!!

Yelp
Came to Cafe Ole during a vacation to Drumheller. It was a rainy day and a friend and I decided to warm up and grab some warm drinks. She ordered the Chai latte and cheesecake chocolate muffin. I ordered a vanilla soy latte and a couple of cheese scones. All of our edibles were very delicious. My latte was excellent, unfortunately hers was on the weaker side of her liking. Service was good and I will be back next time I'm in Drumheller.

Yelp
Stopped in for lunch today, I ate the turkey tomato pesto panini and drank a coconut frappe. The food was amazing, and drinks were just as good! Great place for lunch, and the owner/staff are always friendly every time I stop by! I highly recommend stopping by to check this place out.

Yelp
Great service and very cozy and clean coffee shop...plenty of pastries, coffee and small eats available. My partner and I had a mocha that would give starbucks a run for their money! The staff was very friendly and personable and welcoming. Next time we're in drumhellar we will stop by here again.

Yelp
Stopped in on the long weekend for an Italian soda. Very refreshing, not too sweet. Very nice, helpful staff. Will stop by again when we're in town.

Yelp
My family and I stopped by this cafe for a light lunch and coffee. Several of us ordered the hamburger soup and some sandwiches (roast beef baguette) and they were delicious. They had some colouring books and board games in a box to entertain our kids which is always appreciated. The server was very friendly. We will gladly return the next time we visit Drumheller.

Yelp
No Starbucks in town so I Yelped coffee and found Cafe Ole. WOW. What a find. Starbucks Americano does not even come close the Cafe Ole Americano for flavor and richness. I am going back for another before I leave town today!

Yelp
July 2, 2011 We decided it was a great day to reboot our geocaching activities and thought Drumheller would be a great place because it's always warm there and it never rains. Ha! We eagerly climbed to the top of the designated coulee in search of the cache to be greeted by black impending storms clouds. :( Retreat was the only option since there was no tree to take shelter under. Have you been to east central Alberta? If you have you know that there isn't an abundance of trees. We started our dissent into the reentrant of the coulee with the 100km/h winds right on our tail. After safely navigating our retreat we clamoured into the town of Drumheller seeking a refuge and came upon Cafe Ole. The service was warm and welcoming. Thankfully they didn't turn the riff-raff away when we sloshed in dripping wet, muddy and one of us had cacti stuck in them but sustained us with some stellar smooth americanos and a couple of steamed soy milks for the kid. Did I mention the decor? My husband even asked if his order could be delivered to the bathroom. Yeah it was that clean & inviting, leaving you in a state of zen on your departure. Cafe Ole is a treasure for anyone needing a retreat along their journey. They'll be seeing us back, likely for lunch next time. :)

Yelp
Cafe Ole is an interesting place, I mostly go there because it is the only nice place in Drumheller to have free Wifi. Depending on the day, you could have a great cup of coffee or you could have an extremely hot cup of water, and when I say extremely hot, I mean you may no longer have a mouth hot.

Yelp
If you are visiting Drumheller and need your Starbucks fix, this is a great alternative. Cafe Ole is a little strange, since it's connected to The Brick furniture store. It has a really good atmosphere though. I'm sure all the furniture is "The Brick" furniture, but they do a good job of creating a warm atmosphere. I had a London Fog here with soy milk, and it was delicious. I wanted so bad to come back the next day to get one, but they were closed. I was staying at the Heartwood Inn just up the street, so if you're staying there, Cafe Ole is the perfect place to stop before venturing out on a walk in town!

Yelp
Nice place, even thought its connected to a Brick. Good coffee, friendly staff and good food. Would return.
