I’m Mexican from LA. I came in with a group of 4 English speaking USA tourist so they let us skip the long line. Locals are treated unequally. The place gets insanely crowded to the point you can’t dance or move around. $250 peso cover is overpriced. Please read the reviews and skip this place. I’m a smooth talker so the bartender and DJ were nice to me: It’s certainly not fun or worth the wait/cover to come here. Again this is coming from someone who got prioritized treatment. I would only recommend this place to local girls who want to meet foreigners. The ratio was 5 men to 1 girl. Music ok, beer price $75 pesos is ok. Just way too crowded.

Google
they let in too many people so it gets very crowded, so, dancing is a bit awkward, waiters dont come around often enough, it has many overrated reviews that talk about its decoration and vibe, truth is that it is not that original, bah.. i wouldnt recommend it.

I had a deeply disappointing experience at Cafe Paraíso in Mexico City. My friends and I waited in line for over an hour and a half, only to be denied entry while we watched as they selectively allowed predominantly white and blonde individuals, especially Americans and Europeans, to enter ahead of us. This discriminatory behavior, where Mexican patrons were largely excluded, is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise against supporting such a racist establishment. Discrimination has no place in our society, and it's important to speak out against it wherever it occurs.

I hate places like this in Mexico City where I know if I approached speaking in English, I would have no problem getting in. My friend and I (who are US-born latinas) approached speaking in Spanish and they told us we couldn’t get in without a reservation. (We were dressed nice btw) while waiting for our Uber we were close enough to overhear the interactions of several groups of Americans speaking only in English who were let inside-no questions asked. Pinches malinches. Embarrassing

Google
There was an enormous line to get in which led me to believe this place was worth the wait... nope. Everyone was shoulder to shoulder inside and it took over 10 minutes to just order a drink. The only thing I really enjoyed was the crowd, a lot of young people ready to party, just a bummer that the establishment itself wasn't sufficient enough to properly accommodate the crowd.

They let me skip the whole line because I am white, that's messed up. They didn't know I brought 10 International/Mexican friends and they let us all enter, but it felt off. Would not go again.

This place did not let us in which we waited over 20 min for, I wish they had let us in! We were really looking forward to it but the bouncers were incredibly disrespectful. Do not recommend, spend your time going somewhere else. -10 out of 10

Google
This place has a very LA door policy... they make you wait outside, just to make the place seem amazing. It's not worth the wait! The door men are rude (they clearly need to showcase power somewhere, since they must have partners who boss them around at home) and will only let people they know inside. The music is ok and the crowd are mostly 25 something year old fresas. There are way better places to go for a night out than here! An overrated chav nightspot!

Yelp
This is the kind of place where you need to know someone or look blonde and hot to get in. They claim you can make reservations, but you can't (unless you know someone). The crowd is bougie & rich looking and a bit older. The tropical jungle ambience is quite cool, but not worth it to support a racist/classist establishment.

Yelp
Low key discriminatory establishment. Our party of 2 stood in line for 2 hours and our wait was not respected. Instead, larger parties where being picked out of the crowd that had pressed into the doorway at the bouncers' will. I asked what the requirements were to get in and they said it was based on who you knew inside or reservations. The second part was a lie. We saw and spoke to people who did not have reservations and were let in before us even though they arrived after us. The bouncers only chose people who flattered them. Lugar discriminatoria.

Yelp
Great nightclub in the heart of La Condesa. Reminds me of what a Miami nightclub would be in the '80s. Entrance - My boyfriend and I came on a Friday night, right when doors opened at 12 midnight. Unlike other reviewers, we had no problem getting in and no issues with the bouncer. We had our bags looked through and paid a cover equaling maybe $10 USD each. Crowd- Not long until this place filled up with people - mixed with locals and tourists. Everyone was friendly, respectful and there for a good time! Most of the booths were taken by bottle service groups but everyone was pretty welcoming if we wanted a seat or a shot. Atmosphere - The layout is simple but genius. The dance floor is between the main bar and the lounge booths. Red light room with an upbeat and terrific DJ (EsaMiPau) - the music was so fun. On the other side of the wall are the bathrooms, a smoking area, and a second bar. You came here to take a break from dancing and order another drink. We stayed until 4 am and will certainly return next time we're in Mexico City!

Yelp
I got food poisoning from their drinks on my first night in Mexico City. The staff was rude. The music sucked. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Avoid at all cost.

Yelp
This is the best dance club that we've been to thus far. We stopped at Gin Gin beforehand, and our waiter recommended this spot. It did not disappoint! We did have to wait in line, but it was worth it. The club was full, the DJ was incredible, and we stayed out until 5 AM. Leaving this because this place does not deserve 2 stars! We had no idea it existed when we were searching (apparently yelp isn't the best place to find a club... lol). Va a bailar y disfruta

Yelp
This place is a joke. Or at least they think its funny to treat their clients like clowns. I've heard from so many friends how great their ambiance and music is, and that this has become on of the best nightclubs in the city, however my experience with the bouncer was tragic enough for me not to want to go back. You should train your bouncers to be respectful to people, specially women,

Yelp
You don't get in if you don't know someone in there. Plain and simple. You will wait in line forever only to see plenty of people let in before you because they "name drop". Sucks for the owner, cause he missed out on what I was willing to spend.

Yelp
Cool spot, nice vibe and atmosphere. There is really not that much to say about this place. Quite common and simple idea of a vintage latin music bar. Service at the door is as expected of the worst quality as all of them are quite rude. If you have nothing better to do while in the area, check it out.

Yelp
I heard great things about it but it's actually watery drinks and really really bad music. Spend your dollars somewhere else.
