Friendly owner, I slept in a comfortable room for a reasonable price (45 CHF including breakfast) Lovely home made jam for breakfast!

We found this place a few years ago, and we return every time we are in the area. Fondue with the wild garlic is something very unique and delicious, highly recommended. This year we had home made waffles, also a must have. Prices are above than expected, but worth it. When we came first time, the service was polite, maybe not super friendly. As we became returning guests, it has changed big time, the owner lady offers coffees and digestives. Once she also gave a jar of wild garlic.

Price/quality really below par, even in this beautiful area. Additionally, one of the staff members was really unfriendly. Do yourself a favor and drive on to the Italian side!

The service was terrible. Prices beyond any reason! Quality and portions on menu items were normal and the lamb was ok. But for 37 CHF 4 small pieces of lamb cutlets, 20 fries and and handful of boiled vegetables seems a bit much to me. They even served the beers lukewarm! In total we spent 194 CHF for 4 kids portions of nuggets, 1 portion of lamb cutlets, 3 portions of cheese on a bread crust and eggs. Plus 3 warm beers and 2 bottles of waters. On top of that, the owner of the terrace was despicable, with the typical attitude of a person that is making you a favor even if you are paying (excessively) even for the air you are breathing. When asked in Italian by a couple of parents with children 20 minutes after ordering where was the food for their child, she answered in french very impolitely that there was a lot of people and they didn’t had any priority. Just go anywhere else

Tasty dishes, but extremely expensive for what you get. Service slow and unpolite. On the Italian side you find way better places.

Always a relaxed friendly atmosphere, great service and an incredible location!
