Café-Restaurant Resselpark

They try to steal you by any means. We order a glas of wine and the waitress brought a glass with double the amount, not asking first if we want doubles. When she brough the check without mentioning, the tip was included in the bill (6 euro) and she was still waiting for you to top up the tips from the total amount. We tried the dessert, it was good and the atmosphere of the place is nice, but watch out when the bill comes.

What a horrible experience. I ordered schnitzel because many other things they said they didn't have any more of... ok.. so fine, how bad can a schnitzel with rice be? They brought a plate with 2 very small pieces of schnitzel like the ones you get from Hofer, thrown on top of some very dry rice which was in large clumps (I had to use a knife to cut it) and it was VERY salty... I am not a cow! It was like yesterday's leftover rice and cheap Hofer-style deep-fried Schnitzel for 18 euros?! The lemonade was nice at least. The waitress was sort of nice but ignored us for 10 minutes as we tried to pay, then got offended when we finally got her attention. The atmosphere feels like an expensive place, but then you get that horrible food and realize they spent all the money on decoration but forgot to hire decent cooks.

The cafe is located in the park, the tables are under the trees. We saw that there were many locals sitting at the tables. This is a good criterion for a restaurant! We decided to order and did not regret it. The portions are large, the prices are humane for Vienna. The strudel was swimming in vanilla cream🤗

The food was amazing! The service was wonderful. I truly recommend this place.

Prices are okay for Vienna, maybe a little expensive but considering the location it's normal. The food was nice, not amazing but not bad. The waitor was very rude and that's the reason I put 3 stars:)

The food tastes really nice, the area is beautiful. the prices are a bit high but I enjoyed my time there. I ordered Erdäpfelsalat(potato salad) and Sachertorte and I would say both were tasty.

Very well-localized restaurant, at the city center. I had a Schnitzel, which was more than enough for one people, with potato salad. Service was okay. I will certainly come back.

Down-to-earth cuisine and matching drinks such as Austrian beers and wines are served at reasonable prices in a marvellous garden with old shady trees.
