The culinary technique was refined, proving both a great domain of classical cooking and innovation with virtuous and original combinations. The gnocchi with lamb tagine was superb, featuring a soft and delicate dough matched with a creamy sauce. The salmon pithivier was a proof of classical French cooking knowledge, with a modern twist.
The prices are quite high considering the setting, but I believe it’s a fair price for Paris and such a great meal. The ambience was cool, and the staff was very friendly.
