Café Spitz

We went there for breakfast and ate on the outside terrace. Food and drink were okay but the wasps were really annoying. Overall a nice experience.

The variety of drink options is impressive, catering to all tastes, a fantastic selection of craft beers and cocktails. The staffs are knowledgeable and always happy to make recommendations In short, Cafe Spitz combines a welcoming atmosphere, a perfect location, and a diverse menu to create an experience that keeps you coming back for more.

A very nice place, especially if you want to come from breakfast. We had the rustic breakfast which was delicious. Their pizza and pasta were also good. The Bruschetta was decent, and the cocktails were quite good. Would definitely recommend.

Nice lunch in Bonn with ample outdoor seating. The Rucola pizza was a great value, if anything it came with too much parmesan and was messy to eat. Salad was crisp and had nice diversity of vegetables. Limoncello Spritz cocktail was refreshing though a bit lacking in lemon flavor. Overall a solid lunch in the heart of Bonn.

I absolutely loved the ambiance, food, and service at this cafe located in the center of Bonn. They offer huge portion at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend this place.

This cafe had a great al fresco dining option, which we took advantage of between downpours. Service was so-so, but good enough. The pizza I shared was really good and very heavy on the garlic. The bread they gave us was phenomenal. I had a lot of bread on this trip, but this stuck out as one of the best I had. Easy to find, easy to eat and order here. I would recommend it for a quick or even a long lunch including drinks. They seemed to have a very impressive cocktail list here.

we went on Sunday evening, it was one of the few restaurants open! The service was quick, the majority of the menu seemed Italian the food was good. A nice place a little quiet maybe because it was Sunday!

Spitz is a (strangely) popular and centrally located cafe in the city center. Its atmosphere is nice and its staff is always friendly. It might be a decent place to have couple of drinks with a group of friends, but obviously it is not a decent place to eat. The food, especially pizzas, is mediocre at best. Apparently many ingredients are either frozen food or obtained from convenience stores. In brief, as the neighborhood is surrounded with better cafes, bars and restaurants that serve better quality food and drinks, do not waste your time and money here unless you are starving or in dire need of a drink.
