Café Truhlárna

I stopped by Café Truhlárna and was pleasantly surprised. The tonic espresso was refreshing and perfectly balanced , a great choice if you’re into unique coffee blends. What really stood out, though, was the garden outside. It’s peaceful, green, and beautifully maintained, the kind of place where you want to slow down and enjoy the moment. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area.

Like a hidden garden, coffees and desserts are very nice. Friendly and warm service, normal prices. Will come again and again. Special thanks to the waiter who showed me their tonics.

Altogether, the experience was fine. The surroundings - an unexpected quiet, hidden-away park right in city center- is certainly 5 stars. The food, less certainly- I enjoyed the latte, but the kremrole was just ok (looks cute, but the pastry was a bit stale and the cream was not the freshest). The service was interesting - perhaps I was just unlucky. One of the staff looked at me like they’ve never seen an asian person before, haha. I choose to think they were having a bad day.

What a hidden quiet gem in the bustling Wenceslas Square area! The coffee was excellent — just a shame the cup was so small.

What a hidden gem! Lovely selection of drinks and sweets, they even had babycchino on the menu, which our 2 year old loved. the outdoor seating area is just super relaxing; tucked away garden in the busy city centre. Would definitely go there again

Really modern and pretty vibe & atmosphere. With very friendly service and SUCH good cakes! The red velvet cake was to die for, so can only recommend that one! The Chai Latte was also veryyy tasty! Thanks for a great time!

Popped into this cafe twice during my time in Prague - has a nice courtyard for outdoor seating where I enjoyed an affogato both times I came here Staff were incredibly nice and as a non-coffee drinker, I thought the espresso tasted delicious with the ice cream. If I were to visit Prague again, I would definitely come by here for a revisit

A really neat spot for a cafe, right in the Franciscan monastery and garden. Beautiful outdoor seating space and cozy indoor seating. More expensive than most cafes in the area, but one of the coolest spots. I got the gingerbread latte and it was very yummy. Their regular latte is also great.

A sweet tranquil cafe within a the Franciscan Gardens. They also have traditional pastries, but I only had an Americano today.

I love to sit outside on hot sunny days since the cafe is located in a wonderful park right next to Wenceslas Square. Inside the place is rather small and they only serve limited food selection and the service is not the best but if the weather is nice this makes up for all the other setbacks.

Wonderful cafe whether you sit inside or outside and steps away from a lovely public garden. Both sweet and savory things to eat. The cappuccino and Americano we ordered we're perfect and so was our sweet. Soft music meant we could peacefully read. Alcohol available, of course. We will be back if and when we return to Prague!
