Café Ttipia

Sat at table 13 @ 13.55 today Beautiful view and at first a friendly welcome Maryline was our waitress Ordered the Cote de beouf rare from the menu. It came out an hour later very well done. We sent it back and the next one was tough chewy and still / medium well at best. Poorly cooked steak is one thing but aggressive rude and nasty service is another I should point out the really bad service was from only this one waitress. Everyone else was polite and efficient.

We came here following google maps' advices. The service is good, staff very friendly and location is right beside the road and facing the river. From our point of view, a bit priceay. We ordered two main dish, couple of beers, one dessert and two coffees, 52€. Quality of the food is not at the price they charge, at same time, the fish wasnt really well cook and meat was chewy.

I had been there around 5 o'clock. So I couldn't enjoy the dishes. Because they were available after 7 pm. But local beer was good for me as a foreigner. Cool and delicious. And employees were accomodating. I would like to recommend to try Equzki ipa beer 🍺

Waouw, I didn’t expect to eat so well in a Brasserie like restaurant 💕 the pulp as starter was amazing, the beef was cooked perfectly and very good quality ! The desert was perfect and the staff very friendly 💯 They refused 100 people coming in without booking… so if you are not lucky like me you better book 😂

Cousin place overall the main horse was pretty good and their orange drink is exceptional. Service was all right. They seem to be busy but that’s OK because it was worth it in the end was a good food. Our dessert was pretty good as well.

A bistro-like restaurant along the main road going into Saint Jean pied de port. Seems like dishes are made with local produce. It's good for people watching if you're seated a little further away from the road. Service was quite fast.

Buzzy atmosphere. Good range of local wines. I didn’t like my sausages as too grisly and the piperade was tasteless. But the beef axoa was excellent. Good service from the young staff.

Nice bar and restaurant, had a couple of beers (0.5ltr @ €8 each) and dinner, the sausage had a huge piece of gristle though.

Service was very good Ham and egg with pasta turned to be shrimp and peas/beans over pasta. That claimed poor translation. This could be very bad for anyone with a seafood allergy. Overall pleased.

Great place and wonderful owner. I was stuck at 10pm without a taxi service in the village and he gave me a ride!

Gorgeous location! Great place to grab a drink after getting your credential at the Pilgrim Office. Can't say much about the food since service was spotty. Oh well , maybe some other time.
