Came for the brunch, left hungry. We found a table on the square and went into the bar and ordered brunch. Went back to our table just outside and waited. And waited. And... Finally went back in to ask when we could expect to be served only to be told that they hadn't taken our order. Apparently you have to pay when ordering. And apparently if you don't know this, they don't tell you and just let you wait indefinitely.
While waiting we ordered (and paid for) a juice. Got a smoothie. It tasted like readymade guacamole.
Not sure how the rest of the food is. Luckily there are lots of other places nearby that hungry would be customers of Vivaldi can visit after getting exposed to their "service".
