Café Záhorský

Simply the best meal I've had in Prague during three weeks visiting. Daily soups especially stand out. Flavor, texture, temperature, presentation, atmosphere, service, you name it. Beautiful spot, easy to access before or after a basilica or castle visit, good coffee and good vodka. Playlist: Stone Temple Pilots, Four Tops, Sam Cooke

The food is good, but the service and atmosphere was honestly a bit weird… playing emo rock Christmas music at 8am is an interesting decision, and not really the vibe most people want for their morning coffee. The staff are also not the most welcoming - we tried to order food only to be told ‘not now’, asked another server and she took our order without issue, although the food came out and the order was wrong (although credit to the waitress who noticed across the cafe and came over to sort this quickly). The wifi is good, so (as long as you have headphones) it is a good place to work for a while, but I wouldn’t rush back in a hurry!

We were looking for a place in the area that was open on a Sunday and would serve breakfast after 11am. We found this place and I was blown away by the tasty English breakfast plate, avocado nest and especially the coffee so much, that we had to go back the next morning to have breakfast there again. They were even happy to cook the eggs more to our liking. Great friendly service! And the McZahorak egg burger is fantastic too!

Superb place for breakfast! Been there many times and been always absolutely satisfied with everything - food, staff, location, atmosphere :-) 98%!

A nice Cafe in a more quiet area of the town. Tram 26 and metro is close. Good breakfast menu til 4 pm in the weekend's. Polite service and relaxed atmosphere. So great that you can get filter coffee ☕️ 😋

Pathetic service, the guy had struggle to answer 2 questions that we had about breakfast. All stuff members are working as though they are forced to do that. If you don’t like your job then change it. Any other cafe around that area would be a better choice. Coffee was not bad though.

Dear, we have experienced strange service from two waitresses. We sat at a free table, first after we sat down they wanted to close the area, later they wanted us to move to another table. I dont question both needs, but the way it was done. Disrespectful.
