Mykelle welcomed us in and was so helpful when I wasn’t sure what to order. She was a delight and so bubbly and helpful. Drake was very knowledgeable and helpful with our soup order. Corlin assembled our meal and made sure we knew where silverware was. A very helpful team! Dining room is clean and staff helped me when the vanilla wouldn’t work. Thank you, Bountiful Zupas!

Delicious salsas and fast friendly service. The bonus roll and chocolate covered strawberry was a nice touch. The bbq chicken salad was really good. The “regular” size made a nice lunch portion.

I have been here 3 times this week, however, i asked for no onions. They put onions on my salad, I mentioned it to the cashier and the cashier handling my cash, put his fingers in the salad at the counter to search through for onions. Proceeds to go remake the salad and doesn't change gloves. He comes back with a new salad, I asked if he replaced his gloves and he huffs at me and asks "do you really want me to remake the salad for a third time." I said yes, he tells the manager next to him what happened and she says to remake it. He walked to the lady in the line making salads and she remakes it instead. I know this employee was having a bad day, but the hygiene was not appropriate, nor was the customer service I received by employee. This isn't the first time I've asked an employee to change their gloves.

I had made a doordash order and the problem was mostly with them. I had placed an order and 3 dashers were assigned my order after 45 minutes I called in and wasn't intending to be mean but I was upset that the dashers were wasting their time. Well turns out someone else took my order and the poor girl I was on the phone with was really nice and they got my order out and to me within a few minutes. Food is always delicious! Maybe a suggestion is to make sure the right order goes to the right person if its a delivery somehow.

I ordered the large Dubai shake. It was a 12oz cup with 8 whole strawberries drizzled in pistachio sauce from a syrup bottle. At the register, the cashier told me it was $18.99. What a joke. They don’t even blend it.

I was very impressed with Mykelle, the front end manager, when I was at Zupas today. She greeted each customer. She was friendly and worked quickly and efficiently. She is a great benefit to your business! We enjoyed our lunch!

Got the golden curry soup. It was great! Sandwiches were excellent as well. Arrived at the start of their day, and the employees were fired up and ready to serve. They really made sure we had a quality experience. The lobby was clean and bright. Bathrooms were nice as well.

Absolutely LOVE Cafe Zupas!!! Their food is super good. It's a little pricy but absolutely worth it! I love the atmosphere at Cafe Zupas and their whole "in-house" vibe. Their restaurant just feels very modern but refreshing. And the last time I went to the Woods Cross location I was very happy about the music playlist. The employees at this location are excellent, one of my friends works there so it's fun to see her there.

This Zupas needs some serious updates to their workflow. Today my online order said it'd be ready for pickup at 11:59 and I was there waiting with a group of 8 other people and no staff checking up on us until 12:45. There need to be big changes to the Zupas website or the staffs ability to scoop salad into a box. Plan to spend your entire lunch picking up your food and making lifelong friends with the angry customers waiting for their order.

This zupas is so slow it literally takes ages to even sit down and they never wear hair nets and I have found a hair in my soup and in my salad and to make matters worse there employees look like they have terrible hygiene

Beautiful, clean restaurant but so very cold! Bring a jacket! Lady making my salad didn't seem to like her job but the young lady checking us out and offering to clear our table was very friendly. I ordered the whole BBQ chicken salad and the hubby enjoyed a pulled pork sandwich and a bowl of lobster bisque & a drink. Total came to $27 and our meals were fresh, made fast and truly delicious! Added bonus were the complimentary fresh chocolate covered strawberries served with both of our meals.

I have two things to say about Zupas. First, it took about half my afternoon for three sloth-like employees to finish the orders of about 12 people. Probably the most unimpressive thing I've ever seen. It took about an hour for me to receive my brisket grilled cheese sandwich, which brings me to my next point. Second, as I received my sandwich an hour after I walked into the café. I was thoroughly disappointed size. Probably about the size of my palm which I paid $9 for. So in conclusion, if you want to waste time and money while still leaving hungry, then Zupas is the place for you!

Awesome customer service and delicious food! Many of these reviews I see just don't give Zupas the credit it deserves. The workers are very accommodating and willing to customize your order to perfection, and it always turns out wonderfully. I highly recommend this place to all who are considering eating here! Pro tip: If you order during the last hour before close, the crème brûlées are 50% off

It's been a while since I've gotten take out from them. I ordered the Bacon Potato Soup and it was excellent. I also ordered a Chicken Avocado Salad. It had a nice amount of chicken, veggies and leafy greens. The sliced avocado was rather disappointing as you can see by the pictures. I'm sure I will think twice before ordering Avocado again.

I ordered one of their new dishes and it was way too spicy for me to even eat. I asked if I could get something else and the person at the counter basically said too bad it's what you ordered. I will NEVER visit this place again! Every time I come I have an issue. They are so stingy with everything they put on your plate and basically count every single fruit and vegetable. The salads are basically lettuce with very little toppings. I could easily put that aside but on top of this issue they are rude if there ever is a problem. Would highly NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I am seriously surprised at the low reviews on here. I come to this location often (probably once every few weeks) and the workers are great, the food is great, and I've always been happy! I think people get frustrated with businesses lately because it's so hard to find good workers everywhere you go since it seems that everyone is understaffed. But Zupas has done a really good job with the staff that they have. The food has always been really good! I usually ask for their salads to be vegetarian, and they will sub the meat for more veggies. The lobster bisque soup combined with the Wisconsin cauliflower is the perfect combination! By the way, if you are complaining that you have to keep telling the workers your order, you are missing the point of this restaurant. There are different stations on the line. They have a salad and sandwich station at the beginning, and then you move down the line and let them know if you want soup, and then a dessert. You will have to tell them what you ordered at the register as well because they can't keep track of what people order from the beginning of the line to the end. The line is long and the workers are busy making the next costumers order, so a little patience is necessary (be nice to the workers!). This is always my go-to for good food when I'm in Bountiful. Keep up the great work Zupas!

I would have rated zero if available. I placed an on line order at 130 pm for a delivery at 4:15. I received a confirmation then at 4 pm I received a message saying my order was stopped.. they were working on it.. and hand on. Wth is that supposed to mean so I called the restaurant and was treated rude and finally a lady said it would be delivered at 5. She then hung up on me. I called back and she said it will be there at 5 Needless to say it didn't arrive at 5 so at 5:15 I called the store and they said they show no order for me. They told me if I wanted to come to the store and place an order they would make it for me. I told them if I could have formed that in the beginning but I was watching grand kids! Note I have to watch my credit card and we have no dinner. Horrible customer service!

Not impressed. I placed my order ahead of time. Arrived at 5:24 with the confirmation informing me it will be ready at 5:26. The store was empty when I arrived and there were never more than 8 people in line. None of the employees were moving with urgency. Sat around until 5:46 when my food finally was placed on the pick up shelf. Yes it did appear that there were many online orders but nothing looked organized to deal with the number of orders and no one looked to be moving any faster than I would expect. I suspect this store isn't managed very well. This is my second bad experience out of ordering from this store twice. I'll find a different Zupas. Thanks for nothing!

First time trying curbside I get there a little early I clinked on the link to let them know I'm here. No one comes out. 20 mins pass I decide to go inside and I see the cashier eating, another cook on his cellphone and my food just sitting there . I have little kids that's why I chose curbside but really? Wont eat here again

Every-time I come here it is a terrible experience... felt like I was intruding on being there even with nobody in line and every employee just ignored I was standing there by the time anyone actually decided to come up an assist they pretty much denied helping me with any further options to order and immediately walked away with no further help . Extremely disappointed as this was not the first time to expensive to be treated like an inconvenience

I get more and more disappointed by this location every time I visit. The workers are super rude and act like you are a bother. They don't listen if you have a question or want to change something (simple like taking away tomatoes) and rush you along the line. The red onions are always super bitter and old tasting so it ruins anything in your food. I would say my food is accurate 50% of the time. I ordered curbside multiple times and twice I have waited 15 minutes over my pickup time

Super poor service. Felt very unwanted there. Staff was rude and tried to push me on my way when no one else was in line. Seem super bothered by any request I had. Asked for no tomato on my sandwich, got home only to find they put extra tomato on it. The employee Fiona seemed extra bothered by me having simple requests and was the one to make my sandwich. Will not go there again thanks to the poor service and attitude of the employees.

Ordered 3 Mango Berry w/chicken Salads to go online @ Bountiful location. We picked them up & when we arrived at our destination we were sorely disappointed to find small portions, one salad was as expected except size. The next one had no chicken @ the 3rd salad was just lettuce. C R A Z Y. Don't need to trust this place again

The opening hours of this restaurant are from 11 am to 9 pm, however when you arrive with 5 minutes to close the opening they no longer serve. This happened twice with me. They said they could no longer serve anyone and that it was closing. Absolutely disrespectful to customers. I do not recommend. Terrible service.

Super disappointed Ordered ahead on the app for curbside. Sat in the curbside stall and no one ever came out. Confused why this is an option on the app if it isn't actually an option. The workers had no one in line and didnt seem like there were any urgency to get my order to the curbside pickup. The older latina lady working was very kind when I went in to find my order. Find another location if you want curbside during the massive covid numbers.

I don't like giving one star reviews, but Zupas has earned every bit of this one. Zupas is at least a weekly occurrence in our house. We are very well versed with their inconsistencies and their annoying processes. This time it was a mid-week night. They were a little busier than usual around 7PM. I arrived on time to pick up my online order (I still refuse to go through their cattle queue of condescension). It is not unusual for them to take 5-10 extra minutes after the app's quoted time. I watched dozens of Doordashers come and go with their orders. After a good 20 minutes all of the people waiting for orders had cleared out and mine was still not on the pick up shelf. I was able to get someone to notice me finally and when I told them my name they said they didn't have the order. I pulled out the app and the confirmation to which they determined that "someone stole it". There was a long pause and I asked if there was a way I could get what I had already paid for. Not saying a word to me, the worker turned around and went to get their manager. The manager came out of the back, did not look at me, say a word or otherwise acknowledge my existence. She proceeded to write my order down on a pad and I waited another 20+ minutes as the manager assembled my order with no help from the other multiple employees that were otherwise not engaged with any noticeable task. My order is not extensive consisting of two soups and two salads (with a price tag totaling $30.16). When the manager was finally finished she handed my order to the worker from before who brought it around the counter and handed it to me saying "here's your order". No "sorry about that" no "thanks for waiting". Nothing. I left slightly less than an hour shy of when my order was supposed to be ready. I was treated as an insignificant inconvenience and this is not the first time something like this has happened. I just can't get over their response "it was stolen" and the fact that it seem to be my fault from their perspective. Zupas is way over-priced as it is and I refuse to be abused by their blatant disregard for their customers ever again.

So excited for Zupas to be in Woods Cross. Good and consistent quality food options and their soups are hands down some of the best. My only complaint was that every (literally) booth and some of the tables had not been cleaned. If you are going to tell customers to leave their plates because you will clean up, then you have to actually clean up!! While eating the manager came out to do it and train an employee, but considering they were not that busy I was bothered by the large number of dirty tables. That said, I am sure this is a blimp as they find their normal routine and staffing and will definitely be back.

Café Zupas is the kind of place where it is hard not to find something you'll like. From salads, soups, sandwiches to desserts, the selection is huge. The staff are also very efficient and friendly! My only complaint is the "Italian soda bar" which is basically just soda with Italian flavor pumps and often half are empty anyway... Still, I eat here regularly because everything is fresh and fantastic.

Sorry in advance, this is going to be a long comment because I feel like it really needs to be said. First, I'm a restaurant manager with 9 years of experience working in high volume restaurants, and I understand the ins and outs very well for operations. The Togo system for this zupas is seriously flawed and I'm sure it's losing quite a bit of money because of this. When you just put orders ready on a shelf that any person can come in and grab without interaction, people are going to come in and take food. That being said, I understand mistakes can happen, sometimes orders are taken without notice at my restaurant and it sucks so I am understanding of the situation happening and didn't get upset, but the system is a serious issue. Beyond that, after somebody took my online order, I wasn't approached by anyone, and was waiting for 15 minutes thinking my order was being prepared when there was clearly plenty of staff on line just chatting (literally 8 people with 1 being on Togo and nobody in line ordering). When they realized that my order had been taken, a woman who I assume was either a manager or shift lead apologized, explained the situation, and asked if I was ok to wait for them to remake the order. I said ya that's fine, no worries and waited for the order to be remade. I then took the order home, and as I'm unloading it realize I didn't receive my sandwich for one of our try two combos. So I drive back, 40 minutes after I was supposed to receive my original order, and let the girl on the register know I didn't receive my sandwich. I see her go over to get it started and tell the woman from before I didn't receive my sandwich. She looks over at me, clearly sees I'm the person who had their order taken by somebody else (I was wearing a pretty recognizable jacket) and go back to chatting with the employees as they make my sandwich. Clearly doesn't care at all about the fact I'm now waiting an extra 45 minutes to get the food I already ordered and paid for after they made another mistake. I've had issues at this location before in the past, but this was my breaking point. I know most things can be handled in house, and gave them every opportunity to resolve the issue but I was hungry and just wanted to eat my dinner not sit there and file a very obvious complaint to somebody that doesn't care. Some other things happened during the time I was waiting that as a restaurant manager rubbed me the wrong way also, but already wrote a novel obviously. I highly urge somebody in a position of authority to take a look at the poor management of this location, because I can guarantee it's losing plenty of business from other people having some of the same issues. Final note, the website needs serious improvement on the contact page. 200 characters to voice issues and comments is nothing and you aren't allowing your customers a chance to give you honest feedback.

This is the worst place to do curbside ordering. They are always having computer problems so they never recognize the app cues that tell you we are here. So your food sits and sits until you call or go in yourself. Which means your sandwich is mushy by the time you get it. Go elsewhere.

Loved this establishment. Even though they're newer, they seem to have the system down. It was wonderful. The half soup and sandwich I got was SOOOO good. I loved the Wisconsin cheddar and the ultimate grilled cheese. It had this awesome pesto sauce on it. I love that they have all calories listed for convenience. And I loved the look of the place. It's so close to home; I'll definitely be making this location a staple!!

This is the second time I ordered online and the service is the worst. This is suppose to be half of the California Cobb Salad. I'm vegetarian and I do not eat meat therefore I order it because it comes with eggs and that's my source of protein but they did not put any eggs or edamame not cottage cheese. The whole salad just look terrible I paid almost $7 for something that looked so awful! I wouldn't recommend to place an order online!

I hadn't been to a Cafe Zupas in ages when a friend chose it for her birthday lunch. It was interesting to look at the menu with new eyes and to see how many of the soups were cream based. I had the chick pea vegetable soup and I liked it. The broccoli had retained a firm texture and it tasted good. The salad was another story. The spring mix leaves were big; I probably should have cut them in pieces but took a big bite instead. A halved grape tomato in that bite had turned and was rotten. I discreetly spit it out and just picked at the rest of the salad so as not to make a scene at the birthday lunch. Thankfully the avocado tasted good so I ate that. The two best things about the meal were the courtesy cups of pebble ice water and the chocolate covered strawberry. I won't be back anytime soon.

Cafe Zupas is the place to go! I love everything on the menu!!!! It's varied enough for everyone's tastes but not so overwhelming and huge that they don't know how to make their dishes yummy! If you are a soup, salad, sandwich lover, you can't go wrong with Cafe Zupas! Head on in! And any place that gives you a chocolate covered strawberry for dessert just cause....I mean, come on!!! Delicious!!

I had the mango berry salad in a large which didn't seem large enough but there was plenty of dressings so that was nice. My husband had the tomato basil and a club sandwich. He will forever be mourning the loss of the orzo and the boss of the turkey cranberry sandwich. But having said that it was all pretty good.

THESE SANDWICHES ARE TRASH LMAO.. I'm sorry it's true!!! The bread is alright... and even when I ask for extra meat portions it's not very much.. not much else matters to me so these sandwiches are trash lmao!!! The soups are good but they tasted differently each time.. which is odd..

I'm always impressed with their service and food! The place was packed when we got here, but the line moved fairly quickly. The employees were cheerful and friendly and worked efficiently. Despite the crowd, tables opened up quickly and were cleared and wiped down by he time customers would get to them. I would highly recommend going to Zupas!

The salad is really good but I wish they had more vegetarian options. You would think they would but I am surprised they only have like one thing. I love the chocolate covered strawberries that it comes with sometimes. And they are mostly keto friendly which is nice as for most people that's the diet that works for them. But as time progresses there's gonna be more and more Leto and plant based people so I think plenty of those options would be good. Especially at a salad type place.

It's a Zupas, and it's a newer Zupas. The only things different from franchise location to location are the staff and the facility. The staff seemed competent the night we went, as with all Zupas they ask 50,000 times what you ordered and half the time they still get it wrong. The location is brand new, so not only is it clean, the decor is very modern and certainly helps you feel like what you're eating is healthy. We're glad they finally put one in the Bountiful area.

Ordered a turkey bacon avocado sandwich. I think the description means it's supposed to come with bacon. I basically paid for an avocado sandwich. Not very attentive to detail. The ingredients are literally in the title. Not impressed first time there and definitely my last.

I wish I could be one of the people raving about how wonderful their experience was here. Mine not so much. We went in on a Saturday night kind of later in the evening like an hour before they closed. We were moving some stuff so we weren't by the Zupas we normally go to. We went in and were greeted by a very nice girl I think her name was Gabrielle or Gabby. We ordered and for some reason everything we ordered encountered a problem. They didn't have any cheese grated so they had to grate it for the salad and soup we ordered. It took forever. We were standing there for like twenty minutes. That's okay though the gals at the counter were sweet. What's not okay? The lack of steak in my steak sandwich, the lack of soup in the soup container. My fiancé ordered a salad with blueberries and he got three blueberries. I guess I know not to go to this location again. The gals seemed nice but acted like they were too swamped to function. The chocolate covered strawberries were also a joke. They were so tiny. Lesson learned I guess.

Sadly my (Large) Yucatán Chicken soup had no chicken. Arguably, the most expensive broth I've ever bought. Nothing worse than a long drive home only to find a bowl full of sadness.
