Amazing place. Nice food and coffee and the live acoustic music with guitar and violin at that day was a great surprise.

A vast and impressive bookstore with average beverages. El Péndulo has several locations throughout CDMX, but this one stands out as the most impressive. Having visited other El Péndulo locations for coffee or lunch, this time, I was in the mood for a cup of tea. They had a London Fog on the menu, which is rare to find in Mexico, so I decided to order it. When it arrived, it was average at best—a bit sweet, but still enjoyable given how rare it is to find. I appreciated that they had it as an option, even if it didn’t wow me. The service was okay but leaned towards being slow at times. Despite that, I found myself happily spending time exploring and admiring the impressive bookstore. The atmosphere and extensive selection of books made it a worthwhile visit.

This is an amazing amalgam of a bookstore and bistro, the location is walking distance from the amazing San Ángel neighborhood. The food is pretty good and they have a great selection of drinks

The largest of the three locations I’ve been to. Very comfortable varied seating across the three floors and kind staff with good service. You can spend hours working or just drop in and grab a book. The books in ingles are solid selection of current and previous best-sellers.

Great venue with good ambience. However, the service is pretty bad, staff is friendly but it is slow and they need more waiters. Food is pretty bad, except for the biscuits and jam because the enchiladas were terrible. It is cheap but they should charge more in order to offer more quality within their menu. Maybe an option just to grab a quick bite (coffee and pastries) as the place is nice. Valet is available but very expensive (70 mxn).

A very nice place to enjoy reading or eating with friends, love it! The attention is great and they serve fast and with quality, have day menu with the usual Mexican 2 times and includes dessert, water of the day and bread with butter service, like a lot this place, also from the cart you can find a very nice variety also for vegetarian.

Cool venue for a breakfast, lunch or dinner date. Walls of books and souvenirs. Large and eclectic menu, little pricey for me but it is certainly a relaxing and spacious atmosphere to eat or study. Place has multiple levels and there is something interesting to see in every coroner.

Nice place to buy some books and curious stuff like fun mugs, mouse pads, notebooks etc. We only try the coffee and the service was really really slow. The waitress was very nice.
