On the Grid : Cafellini

"Created by a fashion designer, Caffelini is new to the Rosemont neighborhood. Their branding is what makes them stand out. They have their own coffee brand, they sell caps, shirts and sweaters, all designed by them. It first established its unique coffee brand in St-Bruno 10 years ago and they are now expanding to Montreal in pursuit of their awesome story." - Alto Design

Great coffee and great vibe! The young ladies behind the counter were really nice and courteous ! It was a little place we found because we were in the area!

Absolutely fantastic place. Their menu is simple, yet everything is delicious. It's very popular and gets busy quickly at noon, so either come 10min prior or expect to wait 20min in line to try their delicious sandwiches. I highly recommend taking the 'Big Tuna' sandwich (grilled cheese with tuna salad - contains apples)! Even their pastries are good.

Great coffee shop! Went inside looking for gluten free pastries for my friend, they had delicious chocolate chip cookies gluten free! It was packed as usual, there should actually be an employee on the floor going from table to table.. I'm sure people would order 2nd coffees, just a thought! :)

Cafellini offers a cute and cozy environment that’s perfect for a relaxed coffee break or casual catch-up. I genuinely love the ambiance—it’s warm, inviting, and thoughtfully designed. However, one downside I experienced was the portion size of their food relative to the price. Specifically, the jambon sandwich was quite small for its $15 price tag, which left me a bit disappointed. While the quality was good, the value didn’t quite match up. Still, it’s a charming spot overall, and I’d recommend it for the atmosphere and coffee.

The café does have a style and a nice ambiance. However, overly crowded and chaotic (Tuesday afternoon). They have already run out of good pastries by that time. Order for toast and peanut butter took about 15 mins, whereas latte arrived few minutes after order. So the latte was cold by the time the toast arrived. Asked that they warm it up. They did, but it did not taste good. A disappointing experience. Due to the amount of people, working on laptop is not allowed during certain time periods, as indicated in one of the attached pictures.

Coffee, pastries and sandwiches are all really good. Service is at the counter and it’s fast. Tables are reserved for people that are eating between 11 and 2pm - if you are there to work - there are plenty of high tops

Cafellini is the quintessential Italian Café, on the south shore of Montreal. The coffee selection is delicious and they have bean types for all tastes. The staff is friendly and the food and coffee is delicious! I highly recommend the Mufaletta sandwich with bomba! You won't be disappointed! They also have a wide variety of beans for sale in 500g and 1 kg portions. I'm partial to strong, richly-flavoured italian beans, and the Giulietta and Fidelio blends hit the spot, making delicious espresso corto, macchiatos, and lattes. Though they are a bit pricier than most other brands you can buy, I've gone through kilos of those beans, easily! For those who take their espresso very seriously, they have a solid selection of coffee machines and accessories for all of your espresso needs! I personally purchased the Rocket Appartamento from them, and they were gracious enough to offer a course and some upkeep pointers for the machine, with the owners even going out of their way to come down to the café when I purchased it, going as far as even offering to help me bring the box to my car! I've been going back non-stop to slowly finish building my setup for the perfect home espresso and they've had everything I was looking for! Knock box, cups, frothing pitcher and so on. All very good quality. I definitely recommend Cafellini, without any hesitation!

Loved it there. Had coffee and pastry everday for the whole week before heading out to watch formula 1 car racing…

Yelp
People inside were great. I had the mocha and it was the best mocha I have ever had. Can't wait to go back.

Yelp
Awesome café on the main strip in St-Bruno! There are about 6 tables and about 12 bar seats. I ordered a small latte and it was very good! They have lots of little goodies to accompany your tea or coffee. I couldn't get over there vast selection of kusmi teas, they just have had over a dozen! They also had lots of coffee accessories and mug and dish sets for sale. WiFi password is at the cash and you can sit as long as you want with your laptop.

Yelp
Best coffeeshop in St-Bruno and probably one of the best coffee in Quebec. Coffee blends are tasteful and unique. Latte and espresso are one of a kind. Cafellini offers a wide range of teas, breverages and food. Staff is always helpful and friendly as well.

Yelp
Best coffee in Saint-Bruno. I loved their mocha coffee with a blend of real milk and dark chocolate. Delicious! Not only is their coffee and tea products excellent; the food they serve is from a really good caterer: with healthy choices and plenty tasty! The staff is really nice and helpful. A must go for anyone visiting the area!

Yelp
Really, and I mean really, good coffee. Makes filter taste stale in comparison. A tad pricey, but worth it given the superior quality.

Yelp
Ok, just finishing skiing at Mont Saint Bruno and need a coffee and a bite? When in Saint Bruno we are lucky because the selection for the south shore is much better - there are some good options. The trade off is price, where in Montréal you wouldn't pay ask much. Cafellini was a very nice option and it was obvious because of the constant flow of people in and out. The food, service and atmosphere is nice, we enjoyed it. Our lunch ran us over $30 for a sandwich and four soups (2 kid sizes) which is expensive for what we got. The coffee is taken serious and what was left in the food options were good. Everything is pre-made so once out, they are out for the day. So we could only get one sandwich and small soups because there wasn't enough for more. The soups, all three we tried were very tasty - veg and bacon, zucchini, and celery. The cookie was not worth $5 (maybe we are spoiled by Neve, or Art cafe dunno)
