Cafetería Versalles

It's a cafeteria, fine....it doesn't mean that the hygiene should not be respected. The dirty floors inside and outside are something to consider cleaning a bit more often. Wait until you see the toilets! The service was fine, the food was eatable, but we had to wait about almost an hour for frozen croquettes and chicken breast, so that was disappointing. The tapas with the drink were really good, and the chips were homemade which is a plus.

Without doubt a classic! Must be the best churros and choc in my experience. We go often.

This was the worst service we have received in Guadix or anywhere. Rude, undercooked pork and tried to charge us for a meal my partner didn't even eat (his appetite was gone). I rarely if ever complain, but literally the worst. Avoid.

Horrible experience! Most of the foods is fried, the squid came full of water from the salad. When we've mentioned the quality the waiter made a face. We would definitely not return there to eat.

Stopped for some coffee and outstanding pastries. Busy place on the main shopping drag where the broad spectrum of strange people can be watched. Could do with investing in a floor brush. Not the first Spanish place where they seem to take pride in how mocket their floor is. Bizzare.

If you want churros, they are served only in the morning. However, the hot chocolate (which the churros are dunked in) make a fantastic drink in the afternoon! Excellent pastries, too!

If it's a traditional Spanish breakfast you want, this is the place. Chocolate and churros or toast with various topping. Various other drinks as well including coffee and tea. Gets very busy during the morning and quite noisy with the waiters shouting the orders.

Really good fast service by friendly staff. Excellent food and good strong coffee. Large bar selection and fair prices. Definitely a place too visit
