Came in to Cafetoria to get warm and dry after some rainfall during our recent stay in Helsinki. We chose Cafetoria because of the great Google Reviews and we were not disappointed! The staff were friendly and spoke great English, they also brought drinks and hot food to the table. The interior is bright and cosy, the seats were comfortable and definitely helped us rest up after a walking-heavy day. The coffee was fantastic, I had an oat milk flat white and my mom had a cappuccino. I loved the flavor of the beans used and I disagree with a different review on here that said that the oat milk killed the flavor of the beans - I feel like they complimented each other well. The drinks were at perfect temperature, too - just right to start drinking right after being served without burning your mouth or the milk not tasting right. Their pistachio croissants were lovely and fresh and we felt they were a good value for the price, considering how expensive pistachios are. My mom also had a pastry stuffed with beef and she loved it. All in all I highly recommend this place and if I’m ever back in Helsinki I will make an effort to come again!

The coffee shop has a cozy setting. The interior is clean and welcoming. They also, sell coffee beans and other products. My rating is rather related to the variety of food when it comes to allergy related illnesses. For instance, the only milk they have is oat. And when it comes to gluten free, don’t go there hungry. Your universe will be limited to one polenta item (that may have traces of gluten) so not to experiment much … And, as for the coffee itself, I have had better beans … The taste of oat milk in my latte covered for all the richness and texture of the coffee… Stuff is friendly but nothing out of the ordinary. Overall, it was not wow and there are cooler and cozier coffee shops in the area

We visited Café Kaffitoria in Helsinki on August 9th, and unfortunately, our experience was mixed. To start with, the café is very cozy: the pleasant design, comfortable sofas, and tables create a great atmosphere for relaxation and socializing. Additionally, the café offers a variety of interesting products, such as coffee, coffee machines, and various accessories. The staff was polite and friendly. The employee who served us was very welcoming and brought our order directly to the table. We ordered lattes, and while the coffee had a lovely heart-shaped design, the drink itself was disappointing. The latte was barely warm, and there was hardly any foam, making it taste more like regular coffee with milk. This was especially disappointing since we love coffee and chose this café based on the positive reviews on Google Maps. Another downside was the lack of air conditioning. It was quite warm that day (around 22°C), and even with the door open, the café felt stuffy, which didn’t add to the comfort. Overall, if you're looking for a place with a cozy atmosphere and friendly service, Café Kaffitoria might be a good choice. However, if you’re particular about high-quality coffee, you may want to consider other options.

Amazing owners with deep knowledge of their coffee and growers. Baristas from Latin America complete the atmosphere. This is a must stop location in Hensinki for Latin Americans looking for the perfect cup. Make sure to try the Chorizo toast too!

A fantastic place for who love coffee. One of my favourite cafe in Helsinki. Nice atmosphere, friendly staffs, moisture banana cake. I tasted a cup of cappuccino, a cortado, V60 and bought some bean too. Everything was really good. Definitely recommend.

The food was absolutely delicious. The shop sold baked goods, chocolate as well as ice cream. On the service I have to say that there seemed to be a bit of a language barrier. It was absolutely possible to order in Finnish and English, but it was a little difficult. The athmosfer was lovely. The shop had lovely and comfortable chairs and the lighting was perfect with large windows to the road.

Properly GOOD coffee, friendly and cheerful staff and lovely atmosphere. Stopped in here after visiting Temppeliauko and was just lovely. Family friendly with plenty of space. I got a baby coffee ie hot milk for my toddler and he thought it was fantastic. Empanada was also delicious. Would definitely visit again next time I’m in Helsinki! Thankyou

This was a nice neighborhood café that I stumbled across while exploring this part of Helsinki. The service staff was nice and recommended me a good espresso to try. The banana bread wasn’t the best, but the coffee made up for it. The vibe was nice with a good amount of people in the shop, and people coming in to buy fresh beans. 🤌🏼
