Caffè Calce 2

Great food, coffee or mixed drinks. Wife and I got antipasto plates and shared them while the kids got the sandwiches. The service is wonky but I think it’s just a language barrier thing.

I had a disappointing experience at this bar. It seems they treat residents and foreigners differently when it comes to table service. As a visitor, I felt unfairly discriminated against, which made the entire experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. A place that values its customers should offer the same level of service to everyone, regardless of where they come from. I cannot recommend this bar to anyone who expects fair treatment and hospitality.

AVOID............we recently visited Caffe Calce 2 in Ravello, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. We ordered a calzone, and when it arrived, it was very cold inside, meaning food was not fresh. We informed the waitress, but it took forever for them to bring it back warm. The service was incredibly slow and painful, and it seemed like many other customers were also frustrated, as people kept leaving due to the poor service. Additionally, the prices were quite high for what we received. The overall experience was not worth the cost, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are much better options in Ravello where you can enjoy good food and better service. €43 for one calzone, salad, 2 café and 2 medium beers were not worth the price..

Their lemon desserts are pretty good. The coffee/cappuccino is so-so, nothing amazing. It’s fairly touristy and a bit overpriced. Taft is nice. Worth stopping by for water and coffee, or a lemon pastry.

The location was great right in the small city center! There is Free wifi connection 👍but it is a bit overpriced compared to other places around however Ravello is a hidden remarkable touristic place! Though for one time break at Ravello center to break and enjoy some sun and coffee it won't be a problem!

For the location, 3 euros is reasonable I guess.

Great home made pastries with an awesome sunset view. Friendly staff who also showed us some local spots in Amalfi. Went for round 2 after the sunset!

Great hosts. Enjoyed popping in to eat what had been prepared for the day. Patisserie delicious and the ice cream was a great way to end the day.
