Very nice coffee shop very clean well organized attractive. Excellent service really good pastry offers, also I don’t normally do cake pops, but I got the brownie cake pop and another one for my cousin oh my God they were the best ever I wanted to go back and get more when I was back in town a few days later, but I couldn’t find parking. Highly recommended it’s on a very cute corner.

Thank you so much, Miss Heather! 🫶🏼 I am extremely picky with coffees I only drink tea & veryyyy specific, I almost never get coffee. Miss Heather went above & beyond. She made my tea super well, & offered to change it or make it sweeter if I needed, & it was amazing. They also have a unique menu with different tea or coffee flavors. They have vegetarian & vegan brurritos. Also a super cute place to walk to. Thank you so much, Caffe Capri! 🫶🏼

Such a cute cafe! Great space to study with plenty of seating! I ordered an americano and it was amazing!

I really love this place, it's conveniently placed, the people are freindly and the drinks are unique however twice now I have found hair in my drinks. I was honestly disgusted since both times I had drank from them before I noticed. It's very unsanitary, I let it go the first time but after a second time I don't think I'll be going here anymore.

Google
Raspberry Oatbar was great. Not made in house. Coffee was too strong and needed more flavor. Didn't taste anything but coffee, despite supposed strong flavors. Might try again.

It is a place that I visit quite often. It is nice and quiet. Be aware, though, that you might be charged for tips that you did not authorize. The first time it happened to me, I thought it was an honest mistake. However, it keeps happening. Last time I was there, I paid with my credit car and put my tip in the jar. However, my credit card statement shows that I was charged again for a tip that I never authorized. This is not OK and I will not be coming back.

Google
The place is ok. I wouldn't say the food is the best, you pay too much for it, it's nothing special. The coffee is ok too, nothing too extraordinary. I do like the space though, very quiet and peaceful, the kind of place that's perfect for meeting up with a friend or having a relaxing cup of coffee with a good book.

Google
Very nice place to meet up with friends and visit. The only reason I didn't give it to all the stars for the food is the sandwich got heated up just a little bit too much and was a little bit too done around the edges. I had the drip coffee and it was very good. I'll be back! 😎

Yelp
Love this cafe and their matcha, which is an incredibly affordable sweet treat. I've been multiple times and the service is always very pleasant and fast. There is free street parking. Good place to study with lots of natural lighting, outlets, and big tables. Always down to return here

Yelp
My go to place every morning before doing anything else. It is a great way to meet people in the neighborhood. I love the casual atmosphere. Students studying here and a meeting place for others. My coffee drinks are wonderful

Yelp
Really really yummy latte with some unique and fun drink options! I also love that they have a lending library.

Yelp
My husband and I stayed in Browns Addition for a little over 3 weeks back in 2021 before we moved into our house, and we've been coming here ever since! Whenever we are in the area or plan to be nearby, we stop. We always try something from their monthly (?) drink specials menu. Never disappointed. Inside is clean, service is always incredibly friendly, and we just love it!

Yelp
Amazing little coffee shop in the heart of Brown's Addition. Warm, cozy, and great coffee and customer service.

Yelp
I had to make a quick 6am coffee run for my fellow bridal party peeps (staying at Robert's Mansion) and the location could not be more perfect! Service was very friendly and our iced lattes were sooo good that we all came back the next morning for more! Absolutely hit the spot.

Yelp
Do you like burnt tasting coffee? Rude custumer service? This is the place to be then. I came in to study with a friend and the barista working was a younger fellow. We walked in and he was not enthused. He didn't say hi to me. Did not acknowledge my existence. Not the point, but still not welcoming. Ordered a vanilla soy latte and it tasted beyond burnt. My friends burrito was also terrible and very bland. Great place to study and lots of table room. I'll give this place another shot. But, first impression....meh.

Yelp
Was visiting Spokane last week and the customer service was terrible. The sandwiches were worse. I should have known better...when the woman was so very uninterested in taking our order, she was equally uninterested in producing even a mediocre product. Worse, she didn't wash her hands. Not after handling our money, not before making the drinks and sandwiches, not even after handling the filthy bathroom key and went back to making sandwiches. The location is the only way this place survives - it was just easy to get to. The sandwiches are terrible but the drinks were two star worthy. This place has zero food handling safety and at least one totally uninterested employee.

Yelp
Come here everyday for 3 or 4 days in a row once a year when I'm in Spokane for work. Always friendly, clean, comfortable and they have air conditioning!! Good coffee too!

Yelp
The only neighborhood cafe, imo. Good coffee, good vibes, friendly staff, right in the center of the hood.

Jessica C.

Yelp
Coffee was great. If your barista is worried about the sea turtles, I suggest he ask management to provide more environmentally friendly straws to your customers so that your barista will feel less inclined to shame them for asking for one, as they have no control over what type of straws you spend money on. You're the ones supporting the plastic industry, thusly, killing the sea turtles. "I like killing sea turtles, too!" is what your barista said.

Yelp
I've come to this lovely little coffee shop a few times now and ordered an iced latte, iced Americano, and an iced cold brew with cream. The coffee here is good, even great! As someone who used to work for Starbucks and has tasted a lot of coffee, I can certify that the coffee is indeed quality. We didn't try any of the food, but it looked good. They have your standard assortment of pastries and sandwhiches and even some Gluten Free/Vegan Protein Pucks (apparently this is a thing and I am intrigued). The atmosphere here is great! There is plenty of seating indoor and outdoor and the surrounding area is lovely. There were about a dozen people here but still plenty of space to sit and talk or study if you are so inclined. Overall a very good experience and I will definitely be coming back! I recommend this place whole heartedly to anyone who likes a good cup of coffee :)

Yelp
I have never had a worse experience at a coffee shop. We had a 20 minute meeting there with a potential hire, who ordered coffee, and the owner interrupted us and told us not to meet there unless we were buying things. The cafe was not busy by any means. We had previously patronized this place, but I'll happily head to Indaba or Rocket Bakery from now on.

Yelp
Visited today for the first time, a great location in the middle of brownes. It's warm and inviting inside, even my toddler said "Sooo cozy, mom!" Cozy is the perfect word. My daughter devoured a mini cinnamon roll. I had an iced Americano. It's a bolder/darker Italian roast, it was a good solid americano, slightly bitter (hence 4 stars), but I'm a coffee perfectionist. We will definitely come back!

Yelp
Worst music ever for trying to relax in an otherwise nice coffee shop. Playing loud rap crud with seniors paying for food and coffee means at least one regular is not coming back. Plenty of other locations...

Yelp
Not sure I've ever been to a coffee shop where only one person works on a busy Sunday morning. The barista was darling but the management should be hung by their greedy fingernails. Who does that to an employee. The coffee etc was great but I waited for 20 minutes for a drink while she tried to do everything

Yelp
I've had many a meeting at Cafe Capri. The coffee is good and the staff person is always kind and jotful, but they are often understaffed and the wifi is incredibly slow. So many people have meetings or do work in coffee shops these days. Invest in these places and watch your business thrive.

Alexis G.

Yelp
I'm not from the area, I live in tri cities but visiting my sister here and happen to be a little picky about my coffee (yikes, right) but the sweet gal that made my coffee this morning literally made it perfectly and was so kind and adorable. Thank you love

Hannah C.

Yelp
This has turned into my favorite coffee shop in this area. I came here every morning while house sitting for a friend. The best latte I've had in a long time. Not from the area but definitely would take a drive to come here. Also their cakes are just as good as my Nanas. Great prices too. A large indoor seating area as well as cute outside tables.

Yelp
Whatever you do, don't order the chai latte. Way too creamy and rich. It's like dumping 40 packets of sweetner in your mouth and then drinking straight from a cow. My friend just ordered a latte with some raw sugar and it was okay, aside from the fact the milk was burnt. So, in the end we just settled with tea in a bottle from their breakfast section and a cliff bar. The place has a nice relaxed atmosphere though, I'll give them that!

Yelp
Nice little coffee shop we came across after walking around thanksgiving day in Brown's addition. We considered it a thanksgiving miracle they were open so definite bonus points. Egg nog latte was fantastic, not too sweet or thick. Regular latte was fine. Cozy feeling in a nice location.

Yelp
We were staying nearby and wanted a walk and some coffee. I'm glad we overlooked the review posted - this was the perfect place to stop! Lots of seating, charming coffee shop with bunches of locals. Our 4 month old baby was welcomed and lots of people walked up to say hi. The coffee was excellent - dark infusion Mocha and also espresso Italiano doppio. The chai also excellent. We enjoyed the pumpkin spice slice and the giant raspberry scone. Both wrapped up but served nicely and seems were locally made - certainly tasted that way. No cnn on television. No negatives from us - we wished we lived close enough to make this our neighborhood coffee stop.

Yelp
I love it here. The coffee is always good when made by the lovely Jackie, and if it isn't she'll remake it...but it always is. The atmosphere is homey and clean and if I didn't just swing in real quick to get my coffee on the way to pick my son up from school, I could relax for hours reading, doing homework, or whatever. The food is great, though I don't get it as often as I do coffee. This place is a gem, especially for return customers. Don't you like not having to tell your barista your order everyday? Good customer service!!! Oh yeah... they have sprinkles!!

Yelp
nice place, decent coffee, a bit pricey, too many liberals who whine allot. They will not take tv off cnn , they must be the only people who watch cnn......lol

Yelp
I have been served by two separate baristas here and the drinks have been really good. Great balance of flavor and coffee and very smooth! I drink flavored breve iced lattes. I want to go back again and again. One occasion the barista was clearly very busy with cleaning and I kept having to bug her "wifi passcode?" "Scissors for cream cheese?" Ect. She was never rude or impatient and willing to help. It is not the cleanest most comfortable place ever but I like the laid back vibe. Lots of tables and chairs. An office away from home. Many happy people around talking.

Yelp
Coffee was very good and after more people showed up the atmosphere was very nice. Prior to that we were stuck with a local who was sitting 30 feet away from us. A loud mouth who talked so loud about his political views to the barista that it ruined the entire experience. Thank the good lord other patrons showed up to order coffee.

Yelp
Love this place! Salted Caramel Espresso Shake!!! Fantastic baristas, very nice and friendly.

Yelp
Really, I would like to come into Caffe Capri and have a good experience. Unfortunately my bad experience here extends back to the previous ownership when it was another name. Today, I came in to spend some time on the internet and get a bite to eat. I pointed to a list of bagels on the coffee machine and asked how much are these. When the young woman said, "It depends on what you order" and pointed to the prices of coffee above on the wall, it occurred to me she might not be very aware of or familiar with bagel menu on the side of the coffee machine. I was disappointed when I ordered the Tomazzo Pizza bagel and she pulled out a tray of plastic wrapped bagels but I went with what my stomach said, "Eat"! Unfortunately when I was called to counter for the heated bagel, it turns out it was not what the Tomazzo Pizza bagel is described as. Specifically, it contained some sort of Italian sausage such as peperoni. The Tomazzo Pizza contained fresh basil with mozzarella and no mention of meat. When I suggested that what she had given me was the Pepperoni Tpmazzo but she was not biting on that possibility. Instead she told me about how she herself had ordered an Asaigo cheese and to her dismay it turned out to have jalapenos on it. (I don't know that she was referring to her shop but I did note that the menu has both an Asiago Cheese and Jalapeno Cheese; by this point I had sincerely given up on her.) To her credit she offered to give me something else but I get tired of feeling like a whiner. I just took the Pepperoni (which I despise) off the bagel and ate it anyway. It is a shame given the prime location of this shop that they have such trouble both with basic details and with just owning up to the mistake

Yelp
I give the cafe itself a 10/10. Very beautiful and wonderful atmosphere! But, I do believe that the two must important things for a business is the customer service and the efficiency. The barista didn't seem very kind and upbeat like most baristas do; she was very distracted and not very talkative. A person's attitude can change the whole experience. And it's a shame that they only have 1 barista available. Regardless of the "slow days" you should always be prepared for big crowds. There seems to always be 1 barista and that causes long lines with long wait times for food and coffee. I promise to change these two things would bring a lot more returning customers and bring this up to a 5-star cafe!

Yelp
This use to be our fav when they were on So Hill. We have been to the one in Brownes addition quite afew times but never felt welcome or comfortable there. The prices kept going up with each visit and double what we pay at other espresso houses. Haven't been back since Oct
