I had the worst customer experience in this café. The staff seemed overwhelmed and stressed. My order was an Americano and a croissant, but my friend, who collected the order and doesn’t speak English, misunderstood. After finding a table for us, I went back to ask for a coffee without milk. The attendant was very rude, rude kind of shouting, and told me it was my friend’s fault. I waited for my coffee to be replaced, it’s not cheap, after all, but the attendant said to me, very rudely: “Signora, what are you doing there!?? If you want another coffee, just pay for it, because it was your friend’s fault.”
I’m not sure what else is going wrong with this place, besides their poor customer service, but I believe they could have been polite, I ended up leaving the coffee on the counter, as I’m allergic to milk.🤷🏻♀️
