A Hidden Gem in the Heart of the Old City Tucked away in the center of the old city, this charming spot offered a unique blend of atmosphere and character. From the floor where we were seated, we could look down into the basement area, where an impressive display of drinks caught our eye. Among the highlights was an old wooden globe bar, elegantly stocked with a variety of fine wine bottles—a real centerpiece. The bartender was not only skilled but also exceptionally friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. Background music played softly, carefully curated to complement the setting without overpowering conversation. The cocktails were well-made and flavorful, adding a nice touch to the evening. What made the visit even better was the opportunity to play a few games, which added a fun and relaxed vibe to the night. And perhaps the best part? The prices were surprisingly affordable for such a stylish and well-located venue.

Very nice place. Cozy, large and nicely shaded terrace. Servers are very quick and friendly. Drinks are quite cheap and very well done (both cocktails and coffees). We came for drinks and again for breakfast, both very nice experiences. As a bonus the interiors are a mixture of a library and a bar.

Great friendly, helpful and fast service. Sensational coffee. Our waiter was able to help us with the menu with excellent English. Great to sit outside in a really pleasant area with umbrellas and enjoy the beautiful Monopoli weather. Would definitely recommend a visit here. The breakfast special of eggs your way, espresso, orange juice and croissant was excellent value for €10.

Dear bartender, We didn't catch your name today but kudos to you for loving what you do and bringing a nice positive vibe to the bar. Great coffee, apple cinnamon cake, draft beer and spritz 😊 we enjoyed everything along with some board games that the bar offered for the guests. Lovely idea and everything was cheap as well. Would definitely recommend.

Service was fantastic! Both sammies were so delicious and the pancakes were perfect! Absolutely delicious! Inside was a very kitschy vibe! Totally loved it. Deformity would go again.

A pleasant spot in the old town... and different. Although you don't see many people browsing through books in summer, perhaps it's different in winter. Good cakes, good coffee and fresh, freshly squeezed orange juice.

Best pistachio croissants I’ve ever had – rich and delicious, though a bit small (order two!). Great coffee and a cozy vibe too.

I will dream about this breakfast for the rest of my life. My husband and I went every morning we were in Monopoli- 3 times. The star is the Puccelle sandwich which is basically a bacon egg and cheese without the cheese. Instead they use butter and the freshest bread and it’s honestly just so good. The juice is fresh, cappuccino’s come quickly and the pancakes are yummy too. The service is very friendly and fairly fast for Europe. 10/10. King street food and this caffe come up as two different restaurants on google but they are one in the same.
