Everything is running smoothly. Decent food and coffee, good service and quiet atmosphere. There are no car parking unfortunately but very limited spots.

The plant based savory roll is slammin’. Also had the apricot croissant which was great as well. Service was quick and friendly. Nice and quiet inside with a cool atmosphere.

Awful. Got charged for a hot chocolate and a tea to have in when I'm taking out. Because I paid more I'm having to sit in for the sake of it. Tables are dirty or missing. There's a scary big man with mess all over him snoring near the toilets. Toilets are gross. One person shouldn't be working alone on an evening in this area close to Christmas it's 5.25pm. Should have stuck to the Starbucks in the sainsburys nearby. The ladies were lovely.

I’m a long time customer being here every morning almost 10 years. One of the best barista here is Ludi. She always works hard, keeping the store in order, when she is at work the store is always clean, no messy tables. She truly understands the business and knows what really matters in order for business to keep going. You can’t find easily people like her - she looks after the business like it’s her own. Always provide the best customer service and support her colleagues.

Absolutely filthy cafe. I went in when it was quiet. Not many people inside and I was the only one at the server. Yet nearly every table was covered in dirty cups, including rubbish outside. After leaving realised I had coffee all over me because the preparation area was covered in coffee granules which stuck to the bottom of my takeaway cup.

This is the first time I have to give such an unsatisfactory review. The lady greeted us with a not very nice mood. she didn't understand the communication and first she said she would bring it to the table, then she called and said it was ready to be picked up, the tomato soup was cold. As for the toilet, no one has cleaned it there for probably 2 months. the sight and smell were terrible. it's worse than in city toilets. I do not recommend

This was our first visit to a fun coffee shop that has stores throughout London. It was nearby our hotel so we enjoyed a leisurely walk there through a nice neighborhood. The shop was not crowded or terribly busy so there was plenty of seating. The menu was quite extensive and well-priced. We thoroughly enjoyed our flat white and latte as well as a croissant and cinnamon bun. We will be back next time we are in London.
