What an embarrassment this cafe is. The staff can’t wait to get rid of you. No one smiles. Ask to heat up a cheese and ham croissant 🥐 and it comes out as flat as a pancake! The tables look like they haven’t been cleaned properly for months. This is one of the lasting impressions people see in terminal 2 and it’s very poor. They’ve spent a lot of money on making it look rustic. But it’s become to rustic. The Nero neon sign’s bulbs have gone! Whoever’s in charge of running this cafe is tired and has lost interest which is bad for the brand.

My friend Baz came for a coffee and croissant . He was met by a wonderful girl called Harjit who was extremely helpful friendly and professional . She was a very pretty girl too . We just wanted to say thank you for being so welcoming and we hope she gets the recognition she deserves . Thank you Harjit .

The staff are really rude laughing and joking with each other rather than serving people screwing out the customers and making you feel uncomfortable. The tea was undrinkable I’m not sure how you can get a tea so wrong

I am so thankful that this is open 24/7, I was worried about staying at the airport overnight (have an early flight) but this is a fairly comfy spot and there’s a lot of people relaxing/ sleeping/ eating. Charging stations too.

Had a flight to Brussels today morning from T2 Heathrow. Met this amazing guy named SENATRO. looks like he’s on training but he works like a professional. A gentleman

Yelp
I had just arrived back in Heathrow from an early departure from Iceland, desperate for a good latte and a pastry. Caffee Nero in the arrivals Hall of Terminal 2 really delivered! The large latte was delicious and the pain au raisins was top notch. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed, plenty of space and the server was friendly and efficient. Then off to my hotel to spend the night before flying off to LAX the next day.

Yelp
I ordered an iced flat white strong. There was a good amount of ice that didn't water down the drink. The coffee flavor was strong and not sweet. The place was in terminal 3 and pretty busy but they are quick to get drinks out. Great for a quick recharge!

Yelp
Let me tell you!! I hardly eat breakfast but when I arrived at the airport, I felt like I was near starvation. Caffe Nero was a life saver because they were the last food situation before making it to the terminal. That sandwich, lemon loaf, and caramel latte was right on time!!!! The employees were attentive and very accommodating. All of the options looked fresh and very advertising.

Yelp
This is for the location in Terminal 2 at Heathrow in the B30s section. This is a dual set up line meaning you can go either way and get the same thing. Every person is a barista so if you don't want coffee you have to wait behind everyone else who does. The staff is slow, sullen and monosyllabic in their responses. Heated my wife's sandwich after second request but didn't take mine. EAT in MAIN T2 entry and avoid this mediocre option.

Yelp
Service was absolute shite but the coffee was good. The staff looked miserable and very unhelpful like I was bothering them.

Yelp
Service was friendly. Sandwiches are tasty. Lively work crew the day we visited! Keep up the good work!

Yelp
Decent place to stop by while in Heathrow, terminal 2. I was waiting for a connecting flight, wanted a snack and a coffee and this place seemed like a good pick. Their cappuccino-s are really good, they have a good selection of pastries, they make decent pannini-s, sell pre-packaged salads. Good place if you're looking for a lighter fare. Customer service could be better, I don't think people working here are very nice, they rush you through, don't tell you when your coffee is ready. Also, the seating is very uncomfortable, I felt like I could fall off anytime since I didn't have a proper back rest. How about some comfy chairs for tired travelers? Other than that, good place to rest, enjoy a coffee and a nice pastry, I liked my custard croissant. OK prices for airport food in London.

Yelp
Wow! What a delight after a long flight. Best atmosphere for an airport cafe by far. Ordered a double espresso and a chocolate muffin which were both good. Fast and friendly service. I would come to the airport just to come to this cafe!

Yelp
Just what I needed after a long flight behind me and a long day ahead of me. Their chai latte was delicious. Just the right amount of sweetness with a thicker consistency foam that I have not experienced before. Walking around London I've noticed there are locations everywhere. I'd go back for the chai for sure. Have not tried their coffee offerings. Solid 3.5.

Yelp
What a sight for sore eyes. You land in the fancy Terminal 2 with all it's glistening stores and eateries and barely get a glimpse of it as you hustle off to customs. Before you know it, you are outside security, generally a wasteland for food. As it was about 8am after a red eye from New York City, I was in desperate need of food and coffee. The space is massive and there are tons of power outlets all over. This was good as I needed to knock out some work right when I landed. I am a big fan of Nero in general - the pastries are good as is the coffee. We got a chai latte and a double espresso macchiato. The service was fast and competent, I was able to send some emails, charge the batteries - computer as well as my own battery and get on my way.

Yelp
Served raw bacon and rude staff. I was desperate for food after my flight. Picked up a BLT sandwich from the fridge. After opening the sandwich I saw the bacon was very undercooked. I brought it to the counter for a replacement, but the staff refused. They toasted the sandwich but bacon was still raw. They gave me another sandwich only after persistent complaining.

Yelp
For a hole-in-the-wall place, they offer a large area of seating, and really are able to move a lot of folks through. The courtesy and friendliness of the morning staff is phenomenal. Tianara was especially kind the several times we've been through. They think of things like "Would you like your sandwich toasted!" and "Nonfat milk on your oats as well?"

Yelp
I usually feel that airports are just bleh, but wow this made waiting in arrivals so comfortable. They have a lot of seating available to relax as you wait to pick up people from Terminal 2 or if you're waiting for the off peak train. (Me) The food itself wasn't great. The ice coffee was too sweet, the tiramisu tasted like a block of sugar, and the shortbread cookie was too hard. I would recommend just getting something simple and then enjoying the comfy couches.

Yelp
This is a great little coffee shop in Terminal 2. They have a small food market, with a nice selection of yogurts, porridges, and snacks. The baristas are quick and friendly, and the coffee is delicious. If you have a bit of time to kill, there are quite a few seats packed inside this small space -- a great place to chill out for a bit.

Yelp
Nice quick friendly service. Very similar to Starbucks. The espresso was prepared perfectly. The barista was accommodating when I asked for extra cups. It appears they had holiday cups like Starbucks. :)

Yelp
Stopped here after landing for a pick-me-up. Line moved quickly, barista was friendly, and my americano was delicious! Exactly what I needed after a 12-hour flight.

Yelp
An oasis for the weary travelers of Heathrow. Caffe Nero has good food and a serene atmosphere. They will warm your soup / sandwich that you picked from their fridge. Good music too :-)
