Caffè Nero

Got here after being turned down by two other coffee shops … and chuffed we did. Haven’t been to Caffè Nero in quite a while as always looking for something different & preferably non-chain … our mistake! This may be a chain but I forgot how great it is. The coffee usually has a decent flavour & body and plenty of good quality food & tempting treats too. Even genuine mini Italian panettone 😋 (and not just for Christmas). This branch also turned out to be one of the best we’ve been in as the cherry on top. Great airy & bright space with comfy seating & decent character to the atmosphere (decent tunes at perfect volume too). To make the experience even better, the staff were brilliant & most importantly agreed to serve our coffee in ceramic & not paper, even though it was near closing time (first time I’ve had any success with any coffee shop & deserving of another 5 stars 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

I ordered their special porridge with granola, banana, cinnamon and other stuff. She didn’t even understand what I said and after I asked twice she startet laughing at me and this is what I got: The matcha is also very bad…

This used to be my go-to Caffe Nero when in the office. I say used to because depending on who is in the shop I try not to go in due to past experience with the service. Sometimes the baristas would take too many orders that they can handle and mess up your one. I was given the wrong order a few times (most important is the one with the wrong milk, which could have made me feel sick if I didn’t pay much attention to what the person making my drink was doing). Generally it’s not a bad place, but service can definitely be improved.

Barista quite snippy while taking order. She then tried 3 times to get in the toilet, all times it was occupied. Started muttering and sighing loudly, the third time she started banging on the door, when she got in she slammed it shut. Not fair on the customer using it who took a reasonable amount of time in the toilet. Great coffee, but sadly this made the environment rather hostile.

I was today years old Monday at the shop for a coffee Your team had a meeting chat with the crew And one of your crew (man) was speaking bad to one of the other crew which was a woman with red hair was comment about her belly and other people didn’t even say anything to stop the man to protect the lady. I am very disappointed with this we are on 2026 and people still have old mentally disable. If you need More information please contact me

Popped in for a hot chocolate and a chat with a friend. What I found instead was an interminable queue and dirty tables, where the floor waitress were taking away empty cups but not cleaning the tables, leaving crumbs and spills from previous customers ( also she didn't know how to smile) . For some reason, the background music was also far too loud, making it impossible to have a conversation without shouting. The hot chocolate was really average nothing special to mention. What was supposed to be a chilled and relaxing break became a Holiday Nightmare.

I walked into Bedford street cafe Nero and was Greeted by a beautiful bubbly smiley enthusiastic, energetic woman her name was JAV. JAV was friendly and polite and served me very quickly I was really impressed with all aspects of the service she gave me Well done JAV we need more employees like you Thank you Mem

Staff are always so lovely when I come in and of course the coffee is great.

My new favorite coffee house while I'm in London. Large chain with plenty of locations and good Latte and Cappuccino. Nice selection of pastries, cakes and croissants. I highly recommend the almond croissant and if you like oatmeal, the porridge with fruit and seeds is very good. This is one of the larger locations with nice seating and good wifi.

Nice place to relax (and use the facilities) when in London. Multiple locations. Nero's products have been consistent from location to location. Service is fast, friendly and efficient

My husband and I went to Caffe Nero for breakfast and coffee while visiting London. My latte was great and my husbsnd's capucchino was even better. Pastries were fresh and very tasty. I highly recommend it. I wish Caffe Nero comes to US to compete to Starbucks.

After walking from Regents Park to Piccadilly Circus I needed to make a stop somewhere for some caffeine fuel. This was just what the doctor ordered. Love the ambience. What I love about the cafés in London is a perfect stranger can sit right beside you on the stool next to you and no one feels uncomfortable like they do in the states. That is exactly how you meet interesting lovely people and strike up conversation. I went through 2 cappuccinos I met amazing people from all over the world!

Nice and cozy cafe, excellent caramel latte for the caramel lovers. Definitely a good spot to wait for nearby restaurants like Flat Iron! :)

My favourite Caffe Nero in the world. I've met friends here more often than I can remember... There's big windows, wooden walls, a bit of a 19th-century decor (or is it early 20th?). It's just pretty. Plus, this is where I got a call from a recruiter telling me I had gotten my dream job :) I adore the nice squishy leather couch in the back under the mirror (thankfully not many earthquakes in the UK, or it'd be a safety risk and they'd take it away), or any of the little tables along the long and wide windowsill. I'm a complete sucker for windows and watching people, things, and the sun go by. Plus, they serve good Nero coffee and nibbles, the place is large enough so you're not guilty to stay long, and it's a 1min walk from one of my favourite places in the world: Covent Garden!

This is a lovely Caffe Nero in the heart of Covent Garden. Large and open with plenty of seating, it's the perfect place to pop in if you're looking for a quick and reliable coffee to take away or you're in desperate need of some wifi for that meeting you've got in 10 minutes. I had the granola yogurt and a water of water. I did ask for a fruit juice but the waiter didn't understand hat I was asking for even though it was on the menu and asked me to get it out of the fridge which I found quite rude. Upon eating my yogurt, I realised the spoon was dirty and still tasted of coffee - not nice really. It is a shame that I had a bit of a meh experience but for a chain cafe, it's expected. I would however recommend if you're on the run and need that grab and go.

A really really pretty Caffe Nero that is a short walk from Covent Garden. We decided to pop in for some warm stimulants while we were on our way to Covent Garden. This particular Caffe Nero caught our eye for it's especially lovely exterior of grand windows and dark wood. For a retail coffee shop, the interior has some character and is also pleasing to the eye. Its an ideal spot to relax with a picker upper and catch up with friends. Great coffee. We had a velvety cappuccino and espresso macchiato for $7.32 USD.
