My experience at Caffè Nero is always disappointing. This is the seventh time I’ve been disappointed with their service. My Mrs and I went there the day before yesterday. We sat on the second floor, in the corner by the window. We ordered two coffees and a dessert. We asked a member of staff to bring the tray to our table, but they refused to help us. That felt really disrespectful. I will never go to Caffè Nero again!

Close to Victoria Station this cafe is really useful if you've just got off a train. Nice little nooks and crannies make it feel quite homely. There is a definite knack for getting into the ladies toilet and can be quite challenging but easy when you know how.

Just visited this branch of Caffè Nero with my partner the weekend gone. We often come to this Nero when we have to wait for our coach at Vitoria Coach Station. The is place has plenty of seating, but our favourite place is the sofa in the corner as it’s more private and cosy there. We’ve shared a pistachio latte and one of those Italian 🇮🇹 buns with cream. Delicious as always. A pro is that I get free Nero coffees on a weekly basis 😊
Staff here are friendly and patient. The place is clean. And it’s very close to Victoria coach station and Victoria train station. Will definitely e back when travelling up to London or back down to the Isle of Wight 😊

The entire place is very dirty.
Sofas and chairs are torn, tables not cleaned, the restroom is below standard.

Just don't! Had a "sandwich" here tonight. Bread.... Dry as sandpaper and less flavour. Cheese.. Absolutely zero taste. Ham.. Just slime.. No flavour.

The trainee barista with red lipstick was lovely and very helpful but her coworker needs to be fired. This fool doesn’t know how to read an order properly and needs some serious training. Didn’t add cream or the syrup I asked for extra and was even rude about it. Shame because I do like this place but he ruined it.

Staff member spent a large portion of the time I was there wandering around the place whistling and clicking his fingers. It was loud, shrill, utterly tuneless, and made it impossible to relax when I'd popped in for a quiet break from work. Disappointed that someone in a customer-facing role has so little awareness of how to create a pleasant space for customers, and how to ruin one. I hurried my drink and left as quickly as possible.
